We are an independent tabletop games retailer with over 15 years of experience. We have 6 stores based in Cardiff, Newport, Bridgend and Merthyr Tydfil in South Wales, Swindon and Gloucester. Cardiff is based within a 5 minute walk from Cardiff Central Station. Situated inside the South Wales Gaming Centre which has over 70 gaming boards and a licensed bar, the ideal venue for you to play and meet like-minded gamers and build on the ever growing gaming community in South Wales. Our Newport store is situated inside Tesco Extra in Newport Retail Park, perfect for buying milk and Space Marines in one shop! Bridgend and Merthyr are high street store as are Swindon and Gloucester. All stores have designated organised play space. I ordered a Warhammer kit for my sons…
I ordered a Warhammer kit for my sons birthday but as he was possibly going to accept the package I needed it to be in plain packaging, this is because with so many e-commerce companies your purchase arrives "In all its glory"; not ideal for a gift! However, I probably didn't word my request very well as the following day I received a phone call from Firestorm; a very nice young lady had rung to explain that they didn't offer a gift wrapping service if that was indeed what I meant. I then explained in a more understandable way what I'd actually meant. She was extremely helpful, friendly and polite but also professional. The package arrived within a couple of days and lo and behold it was in a plain box with no evidence of advertising upon it. Her name may have been Kendra! I think but she also managed to hold her own when as I was about to end the call I shouted "Cat! Don't eat that effing squirrel" I was of course rebuking our family pet for chasing said squirrel in the garden. I think she was shocked but managed to hold herself together admirably 🤣
It was excellently priced for what it was and was only available at that price from Firestorm Games. Thank you Team Firestorm 💙
