I was gifted a feeder a couple of years ago. I wanted another so that I could clean the feeder each day. Easy to use, robust plus the birds seem to like it.

I ordered the item on line. It arrived a few days later. All in good order, no damage to item or packaging. No issues with the item.

Received my order very quickly. Very pleased with the feeders. Very good quality better than I expected. Very easy to clean. Would definitely recommend these bird feeders.

Brilliant bird feeder for smaller birds, keeps food dry and the cage stops the bigger birds and squirrels getting to the food.

Excellent design of bird feeders. Also first class nest boxes.

Although expensive the feeder is perfect and my charms of finches love it!

We purchased the cleaner feeder cage as we have had a problem with squirrels! since fitting it we have not had any problems, this product is extremely well designed and produced. All credit to finches friend who continue to innovate and produce products which help to protect our birds.

very much a case of alls well that ends well Order was sent out using Evri delivery courier who had it for over 2 weeks with no tracking movement I E mailed Finches Friend using Gmail and their own web platform as no phone number was given Alarm bells started to ring when no response or acknowledgement was received.Thoughts turned to letters of complaint and Trading Standards involvement. Persevering i eventually found a phone number on Google. and from then on all was good.Had there been an"Out of Office" notification with delay in response information all my stress and worry could have been avoided,hence only four star rating for a clearly reputable firm

Superbly designed bird feeder that keeps the food dry and is very easy to clean and refill. Company communicated well and delivery was timely. Recommend.

Excellent response to some questions and the speed of dispatch - over a weekend - brilliant.
Unfortunately the delivery company (Evri) let down my overall experience and therefore I have only awarded 4 stars. What a pity.

After trying for two months to get the finches interested in using the feeder ( without much success) I took my son's advice, remove the rest of feeders and try again, so pleased it worked! I bring the feeder in during the evening,brush up ,put them back am, we are very diligent re this haven't noticed any sign of the dreaded Trichomonas since we have started using this feeder , thank you . Finches friend bird feeder arrived within the estimated time, and was exactly as described, also safely packed. We are pleased with this product. Brilliant design, much cleaner than our old feeder, no waste means no mess on our grass with birds footfall,this feeder gives birds a more natural way to stand and eat, and sunflower hearts don't clog up with dampness. We have no hesitation in recommending this seller.

I first looked at FF because of the dreadful disease that is prevalent at the moment.
A lot of thought has gone into the design of their products. Certainly someone with an engineering background has been involved.
I purchased the £100 single, peanut and window pack. Our garden birds acclimatised within a couple of days and seems to be thriving.
I will be buying more kit from this company because they deserve the support be being so innovative.

Wonderful bird feeder, very easy to clean. Very happy that I'm now keeping my birds safe. The birds love it, and it arrived quickly, incredibly well packaged, and was a really good purchase. I bought one for my friends as well for a birthday present. Thank you for really caring about the birds and creating such a great product.
