Michael was the worst person to speak…
Michael Lim was the worst person to speak to. Very arrogant and not understanding. Helps you but in a very smart way. Stops you from talking and trying to explain yourself. I was very angry and had to bite my tongue many times. He should be questioned and reviewed because this type of customer service is wrong. Especially when you are signing away to a lot of money.
