Michael was very impatient and rushed me to answer his questions. He cut me off multiple times. Whilst I was looking for one answer to provide he would ask another one and redirect my search. I was told that nobody would give me a loan based on my last business turnover being under 30k to which I explained I was not working for 6 of those months (covid) and could provide the previous years tax return information. I told him I had been pre approved for some car yard loans and was just shopping around to try and find a better rate to which he responded well good, great why don’t you go and do that then. I told him he was very rude and had terrible customer service to which he replied thank you for saying that because I don’t need to take that.
Hire someone else to take the calls because no one wants to deal with that level of rudeness and arrogance.

The whole process was quite easy with the online system enabling upload of the required documentation. Only issue was that I didn't get the opportunity to choose what bank acc the direct debit would be taken from. The account used was the one used to see our daily/weekly expenses which we don't use for direct debits.
