A decade with the FillerWorld
I've been a customer for over a decade with numerous purchases of various products. Many of them were delivered to me for my patients in France, Spain, Poland, Canada and the US. The products always arrive very well and securely packaged and always on time. But the most important to me is the quality of their Customer Service. It is truly remarkable!!! The representatives I have interacted with have been always very helpful, extremely efficient, easily reachable and responsive. Lauren, the Customer Service Manager is a gem!!!

So far not a great experience. I placed an order on May 23rd and paid 65 US dollars for shipping. A few days later, I received a email stating that one of the items is out of stock and would take up to 21 days to restock and be sent and the rest of my order would be sent. I don’t understand how a business is unable to update their inventory accurately so that customers aren’t buying products that aren’t in stock, but I was okay with the rest of my order being sent and receiving the other item later. Well I just received an email from them saying the entire order will actually be sent once the out of stock product arrives. As a business owner myself, I can’t imagine conducting business in this manner. I ordered from several vendors overseas on the same day and have already received my items from 2 of them. One was free shipping and the other was only 30 US dollars. If you are comparing where to buy, I would recommend other suppliers. I will update this review if anything changes, but so far I’m very disappointed and will be using other suppliers.

Great customer service
My first parcel was lost - no fault of filler world. DPD left it outside on main road for anyone to take.
I can’t fault their customer service at all. They resolved the issue and were polite and helpful and I am very happy with my experience.

Although I am an old customer of theirs and I always buy a lot from them and I have many orders over the years, they have recently been providing me with products with an expiration date that does not have much time left. I wrote to them regarding this matter and did not find a professional response from them. I requested the previous month. Also, unfortunately, I received the shipment with the same validity as the shipment that was ordered in the year 2021? Is this true?

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the time frame given on the items, All of our items have 2 years or more on each box (unless purchased short dated stock) and we are unable to use stock with longer dates until the shorter dates have been used first.
2 years is a substantial amount of time to use the product(s).
