Arrived Tempered / Opened Late HALF OF AMOUT REFUNDED
Arrived late, while track said nearby. At arrival the box had been opened and resealed. Trouble is one can not use injectable facial filers, opened at shipping regarding contamination and possible sabotage. They only refunded about half of the amount I paid for it.

Several times, my order wasn't delivered on time or in the correct quantity. Because of this, I had to reschedule my customer appointments several times.

Right away we contacted you regarding the pre-order and you was refunded instantly for the items that was a pre-order.
We do also make our pre-order items visible to be pre-orders on our website, checkout department and on your invoice too.
We have communicated with you throughout the process and you have not made us aware of your unsatisfied experience.

We note that you mention stock is not always available and there is a bit of a wait for this and we agree, this is something we are working on with current suppliers to improve this.
Due to the popularity of particular lines within our product range, we do experience getting stock in and soon after, its back out stock again - we cannot get the stock in quick enough (which is not a bad thing as we appreciate all the orders our customers place)
We do always make our timeframes visibible on our platform so customers can make the decision on whether to order or not and we always complete any pre-orders within the 7-14 working day time frame advertised.
