I recently purchased a bikini
I recently purchased a bikini, this was my first purchase from figleaves and I was really initially really impressed by the quality of the item I purchased. However after using the bikini all summer it has grains of sand stuck in the material that I can't get out. I have tried different ways of washing it but can't get it clean. It is a shame as after spending £50 I would have liked it to last more than one season.

Amazing fast customer service with quality products
I recently ordered from Figleaves. I couldn't get my gift card to work - I placed the order and emailed, received very fast response with them happy to solve the issue including cancelling order and reordering with gift card. Turned out was because it had expired and they instantly increased the length for a month for me without me even having to ask. Fab service on email AND on instant chat - it was a person - not a chat bot! Am total convert - really quality products and incredible customer service.

Refunds are a nightmare
I wish I could leave a better review because I've been a customer for years, but my recent experience trying to return about $100 of merchandise has been a disaster. My items were received at their facility on June 16th, but I only know that from my tracking number. Zero communication from the company. I waited three weeks (as suggested on the website) for my refund to be processed because I understand that covid has caused delays and I wanted to be lenient. However, it's now been five weeks and the only communication I've received from the company was a generic "just keep waiting" email in response to me asking about my refund. They have not yet even acknowledged receiving the package or offered to look into the situation for me, despite me asking. I understand that covid has caused delays, but it's deceptive to advertise free and easy returns in giant script on your home page and then not refund or even contact customers for 5+ weeks. It's a shame because I liked their house brand of bras, but I won't be buying from them again after this.

Ridiculously long wait for refund
I ordered bras in different sizes as it was my first time ordering with Figleaves and was unsure on sizing. They received my return on 24th June and it’s taken nearly a month to acknowledge the return and now another 7-10 days before refund will go onto my card. Has put me off ordering with them again as this is a ridiculously long time to keep customers waiting. I’ve had to pay the balance of my credit card off twice waiting for the refund.

Dishonest return policy
Though the product is fine, their customer service was appalling. I bought three items with their policy in mind that there are free returns. As one of the items did not fit me, I filled the electronic return form and tried to download their free return label, which could not be downloaded no matter how many times I tried over a week. It always showed 0 bytes. I contacted them through e-mail and phone, and the representative told me on the phone that they have had these issues with their website. So, if they did have this problem over time, why don't they fix it? Or why do they pretend that there is an option for free international returns? It may not be intended like a scam, but it certainly feels like one. I returned their item and the international cost ended up being half the cost ($14) of the price of the item ($28) for a bathing suit bottom. Dishonest policy

Still waiting for a refund nearly two months later
Ordered some things from this company on 20th may. Sent them back the week after as they didn’t fit and am still waiting for a refund two emails later!has put me off buying from them again

Ordered end of May.. Returned first week in June and only now getting my refund processed. This is really poor customer service but I have no doubt the reason cited will be Covid. Won't be ordering from them again.

Pretty Awful
It fits perfectly and I'm certain the most beautiful bikini top ever made; but, the wires are not the usual flat wires. They are extremely thin tube wires, and would hurt anyone with big bust. They dug into me so badly. Just trying it on, there was no way to know it would hurt this much. But after an hour at the beach, I was in agony. And I was three hours from home, so changing wasnt an option. And customer service wants me to return it with no promise of a refund or the item back. If you look on trust pilot, they have taken returns from multiple people, and not given them refunds. And then those particular customers are no longer able to reach the company. So they take people's money, and product, then block them. This company should be shut down. I don't know who frabricated these good reviews. Please do not purchase from them.

I was actually advised to send it back, and that they would check it for quality, and see if a refund was possible. I stated I waited for this product for a month, and I'd have to wait another month after returning it. I said, so there's no promise of a refund, and you'll have the product. The representative didn't have anything to say to that. I was not promised a refund like this rep is saying now. And I called on Monday, July 6th, and went through the process of leaving my contact information after being told a supervisor wasn't available, and was advised a supervisor named Rebecca would call me back. She didn't. The rep I spoke to led me to believe that I would send my product back, and probably not get a refund, and they'd still have my product. She actually told me no ones else had the issue I had. I was miserable the entire day. My issue isn't invalid just because they supposedly never received the complaint before. So I haven't sent anything back, because I don't want to lose my money. And I never received a label to return my products. I don't even know what freepost is. I've never heard that term before today. They addressed me by name, and referenced the supposed conversation we had, which means they know exactly who I am, and that I was promised a supervisor call. They have my number. I'm not calling them again. That's nonsense. If They wanted to help me, they'd call me back as promised. This company is great until you have an issue. Then They're crappy. Trust me, this response is a lie. And the reviews on their website are only good because they pick and choose which ones go up. They don't publish bad reviews. I'm sure they have had this complaint before, but we'll never see it, because they removed the person's review. BEWARE OF SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE.

Returns a shambles
I ordered quite a few items end of May in order to try different sizes etc. All arrived very promptly as expected from from Figleaves. I returned some items on June 10th and subsequently emailed them as well on June 29th. I still have not heard anything from them and have no idea if I will ever get my refund.
Think carefully before you buy from Figleaves online
I bought some swimming costumes in different sizes and styles. They arrived with no problem and well packaged. However I did have to return the items as the fit/style wasn’t right. I sent the items back on the 27th May and according to the tracked package it arrived on the 29th May. To this date (3rd July) I have not received a refund. I was told it would take 21 working days to process the returns due to COVID 19 which I can accept. However it has now been 25 working days and I have just tried to phone them and they are not taking calls. I would think very carefully before buying anything from them especially if you think you might need to send it back.
Great first time ordering from Figleaves
First time ordering items from Figleaves and it was great! The items arrived promptly and I was overjoyed when I opened the parcel to find that all my items were of high quality and were as advertised on the website. I don't typically order things online - I've always struggled to find swimsuits that I like and that fit me well - but my new swimsuits are great! Definitely won't be the last time ordering from Figleaves.
Slow returns
