Placed an order with Figleaves when…7th April
Placed an order with Figleaves when items were in stock order was confirmed by email and said they were on their way. Then later received an email saying that a random security check caused my order to be cancelled and when I called to discuss they said they could reorder my items for me but guess what not in stock now so I couldn’t have half my order. Funny that as they were in the sale. Really bad customer service and were not prepared to offer me any kind of discount code or compensate me for the complete waste of my time. Real shame as look like really nice selection

Great service and product
Great service and product. I brought two swimsuits, long length. They fit wonderfully so glad to discover this shop.
Amazing experience
Amazing experience! Bought two swim suits (different design/different sizes) as i wasnt sure about the size, and couldnt decide on the design as they were both beautiful. Received them within few days, tried them on, and decided to keep the bigger size. The quality is amazing, it holds everything in place and is very supportive (you can rarely find one piece swimsuits like that for 32F size). It still stays in place if you take the straps off! Cant wait to wear it on my honeymoon!
Returned the other swimsuit (free returns), they received it within few days, and a day later I received the refund.
Overall, amazing quality item and simple return policy.

If I could give zero stars I would. I did not receive my order at all aftrr more than 1.5 months. Tracking link they supplied is broken. Customer support did not respond at all to my mails (it has been two weeks since i wrote them).
P.S. Order number 3444360/1.
I wonder why response to this review came within 24 hrs while my e-mails to customer support have been ignored for two weeks?

I got my bikini ok but not my exchange
I got my bikini ok, but I then had to return the top to be exchanged. I know they’ve had it back but it’s been 3 weeks and nothing. I’ve emailed them twice but had no reply. It’s shocking. Even if I’d just had a refund and no reply I’d be happy at this point.

I’m so disappointed.
I returned an item due to it not being true to size and asked for the next size up (I’m always a size 6 and this was tiny) and I’ve just noticed that i have received a partial refund. I asked for an exchange, didn’t even receive a courtesy email to inform me that they weren’t doing it and just to top it off nicely they’ve kept the £4.00 postage.
I wouldn’t have minded paying postage if I had the item but due to no fault of my own I have no exchange and I’m £4.00 poorer for the hassle!!

I ordered through top cash back and figleaves have refused to stick to their part of the deal. They also charge for delivery regardless of how much you spend with them. Bad experience from start to end.
Their reply is typically to blame the other party involved, but top cash back have confirmed that it is figleaves refusing to issue payment.

Speedy service, and a good price. I have bought from Figleaves before, and whilst part of the order never arrived, they dealt with it promptly and without any problem. I am really happy with the service and I will be buying from them again.

I wanted to comment on excellent customer service. I ordered some items to Dubai and for various reasons the package has been mislaid. Figleaves immediately offered to courier out a replacement order. If the second package arrives I will return it and their trust that will happen is super. Incredible customer service. Thank you.
Great customer service.
I have ordered a swimsuit, but unfortunately it was too long for me in body. I have returned it without any problems. Good customer service. Will have them in mind, when will need swimwear or lingerie.
Terrible returns procedure
Terrible returns procedure, why not just send a returns label with the parcel like every other company? What a performance I don't have a printer. In the end I had to ring customer service. They sent me an email THE DAY AFTER , she said 15 mins I was waiting in shop. Eventually 3 phone calls a late email and 3 post office visits later, the parcel was on its way .

Too expensive to return from outside…
Too expensive to return from outside UK. I won't be using them again as there are many other sites that offer the same products but free returns if you have paid for postage initially. You need to try on the items, therefore it's highly likely to have returns. They post and put on your order slip about printing a label for returns but not for Ireland. Poor customer service.

AVOID !!! Everyone makes mistakes I accept but to ignore the situation is unacceptable!
Shame I actually had to leave any stars at all.. I paid for a bikini top never received it, I emailed them, they ignored me .PayPal emailed them and they ignored them.. Rude and extremely frustrating company, will never order off them again and I will leave bad comments and reviews where ever I can now !!! See if they ignore me then !
