I placed the order and it should have…

I placed the order and it should have been delivered today. Instead they just created a tracking number and did not actually ship the order yet. When I write to these email address I get no reply at all.
I paid for my order and I can not even get any information. Very poor service.

as soon as the parcel is packed and placed on the trolley, you will receive the shipping confirmation with the tracking number by e-mail. With DHL, the tracking number is only visible when the parcel is scanned for the first time at the logistics partner. This can take up to 24 hours. Fielmann gave me wrong power for my…

Fielmann gave me wrong power for my daughter (16 months). She used that specs for 4 months. Doctor told us that she is using wrong power. Their mitarbeiter( Fielmann MTK) are also very rude to us, when we went there. Pathetic service

Worst experience with the delivery…

Worst experience with the delivery terms ever! I thought such a big company should care about their reputation. Be ready to wait twice as long for the order as they promise on the site. Do you think anyone will contact you to inform ? No way. You have paid, it’s no matter any more what they promised

The glasses fog up after a year of use…

The glasses fog up after a year of use despite having a hydrophobic anti-fog treatment. It fogs up more than 1500Czk glasses even though they cost 8000 CZK. The periphery vision on the glasses is not sharp. I do not recommend

Waste of time and money

I had to wait 31 days to receive glasses with the correct axis....
They also "couldn't" put the lenses in my cycling glasses inserts so I had to order them elsewhere and as they measure the axis wrong I lost my money.
Horrible experience,never again fielmann.

Top level arrogance

I gave them my 400€ eyeglass frame for a lens change. Since I didn’t have other eyeglasses, I trusted them when they said It usually takes a few days.

After ten days, I called them several times for status information, and they kept telling me they didn’t know where are my eyeglasses and that it was on delivery.

After 2,5 weeks, I randomly went to the shop (Friedrichshain). They said I could take it in the evening because they broke my original frame and ordered a new one. I asked for a receipt because I didn’t trust them it would be original, and their response was, “you are in Germany.”

When I came back to take glasses, they never said “sorry” and instead said they made me a favor because there was still one day to the last delivery date. When I left the shop, they laughed and said “bye-bye.”

I have no words to describe this arrogance, and I don’t understand how these people hired to provide customer service.

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. (Zurich, Bahnhofstraße)
It upsets me to have to write this review, but quite frankly, I have been extremely disappointed by the service at Fielmann. If I could give this review lower than one star, I definitely would. Firstly, I would like to mention the one and only positive from my experience with Fielmann, which was the service I received during my eye test with Ms. vW. She was an incredibly kind lady who took great care when testing my eyes and then ultimately helped me pick out my glasses. She took such great care and definitely does not fit the horrible box of the rest of Fielmann. Now onto the negatives. I ordered my glasses on the 27th of December 2022 (all was done correctly) and was told that they should be done by latest the 10th of January, 2023. I got a text on the 10th saying that they were delayed. After waiting a whole week I called to ask where my glasses were, they could not give me an answer at all. I even went in person and the man I spoke to was horrible and had a terrible attitude, someone like that should not be working in customer service. It had now been 3 weeks since I'd ordered my glasses when I contacted the manager and he was kind enough to help me. However, after 4 whole weeks of waiting for my glasses, they told me they had lost them. They had lost my glasses. Absolutely shocking how a company who is meant to be professional can treat customers with such lack of respect and in the process not fulfil the one job they have, to make glasses. Customer satisfaction should be taken more seriously. I will never go to Fielmann ever again and honestly, I would advice anyone who is considering it to go somewhere else. The only person who was a great help and extremely kind was the optician who helped with my prescription, it is unfortunate that for the rest of Fielmann the same cannot be said.

I found this company in a job fair in…

I found this company in a job fair in berlin asking a lot of people to work them .

Very bad impression when they asked about they need people to work with them .

They give me a long exam has many stages , and i succeeded to pass it , after they wasted my time , i passed the exam , i found them sent email for rejection .

Do not waste your time to apply for a job with them , the hiring in this company is based on friends of internal employees .

SERVICE NOT PERSONALIZED

While overall professional with qualified staff, an important deficiency is the lack of personalized service. Unlike many successful optical shops, Fielmann does not set up the customer with a staff member who will follow through with the customer. Every time you go to one of their establishments you are likely to be with a different staff member, meaning you need to explain things over and over and the employee must work with glasses and information set up by a fellow employee.
While the staff is surely well and equally trained, this lack of consistent follow-up with the same employee lowers confidence.

6 weeks warranty doesn't work

I got my first glasses here. Regarding the ordering and getting the glasses all went fine.
My vision test showed different results from the one I did with MisterSpex, but I didn't find it an issue - they seem very professional in Fielmann.
When I got the glasses, they felt a bit off on angles, but they told me to take some time to get used to them. I tried wearing them, but they only work if I look directly straight through glass.
Two weeks later, I wore them and since side angles are off, I fell down the stairs and hurt my legs.
Went to Fielmann for the reclamation and they told me to book another vision test and consultation a week later.
I went a week later, consultant didn't do the test, just cleaned the glasses and told me to wear them for another month because it takes me longer to get used to.
Within that month, I fell on the street again and gave up on the glasses.
I asked my friend to try them on, and she also says that angles towards the edge of the glass seem to be odd.
After going there 3x they never did anything for me. Basically, this 6-weeks satisfaction warranty is not really something that they do.

Never check you sight here!

When I first visited this place I wanted to renew my prescription and get new glasses quickly. Three weeks later I have 4 different measurements and no glasses I can wear. Such a waste of time and money!!!

Staff here is good at two things: being nice and making appointments. If you need to check your sight -- AVOID THIS PLACE!
They made 4 measurements during 4 appointments -- different values each time. First glasses they made were painful to put on -- staff tried to convince me to get used to that. After lens replacement, I can wear these glasses for almost an hour before developing a headache -- again, they say I have to get used!
During the last visit, they just recommend me to visit a doctor for a check... That's what I should have done instead of visiting this place...

The generosity of your warranty is unique. The exact testing of eyes exceeds by far testing done by doctors.

Pay attention to your money

From a price to totally another one (4x expensive). I told I had my frame (it's a very famous Italian griffe, but directly from fabric). After choosing a cheaper glasses option, they bring me where they have frames and I repeat I have mines. They check, then:-" we cannot work on this, because there's this metal line" -... Strange and ridiculous as well as they sell metal frames, but they couldn't work on mines... Ridiculous!

AVOID THIS POORLY MANAGED BUSINESS!!! Extremely arrogant, unhelpful and disrespectful staff, including the manager of the store. A frustrated, irritated female wo was verbally aggressive and rude to me for no other reason than that I was a foreigner. This is a company that employs bigoted and racist people!!! Rolling her eyes and treating me like an annoying insect! Disgusting behavior towards customers!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Fielmann Munich

Fielmann Munich. Dealing with this company was my best experience with optical companies. Once I was buying glasses there, and it was the only company that had a highly qualified booklet and explanation of the differences in available lenses with all their features, while at other shops consultants had sometimes even no idea with which firms they work. Glasses were done very well. It also proposes a huge variety of frames for glasses from cheap to luxurious. Then I decided to repair my old glasses frame ( I accidently sat on them the second time). I was deeply surprised when they did it absolutely for free, while they were in a rather bad conditions and other optics charged me at previous repairs. Finally, I decided to order lenses from them. Not only are the lenses cheaper than at amazon (10 euros less for a 90 pack!), but also they delivered it with DHL and already attached a slip with which I am able to return the box without any additional costs. I am deeply impressed by their service and I highly recommend it to everybody.
