Always have had great service at Hinds in Crystal Peaks and would recommend to anyone. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

I have to say that I have NEVER had a bad experience in the letchworth branch.
The staff really are so helpful, nothing is to much trouble. I NEVER use any other shop to deal with my watches. A whole magnificent 10/10

Got help choosing what I eventually purchased. Accommodated my order and put it all together for me. All in all very positive. Only negative is I spent more then I wanted. I suppose thats credit to your staff.

Bought a ring in March 26 worn it twice and the stone fell out of the setting after managing to find the stone I returned to the store in June 26 it was sent away for repair when to store yesterday after hearing nothing from them I was told that if I waned the ring back I would have to pay £49 as apparently I have broken the claw that held the stone after a heated exchange with a very rude man I left the shop £179 out of pocket and no ring
Funny enough the same thing happens to me about 7 years ago when a diamond feel out of a ring I had purchased
Bad service bad jewellery avoid is my opinion

Great experience was really due to the staff. A young man and a woman who both helped. Brought the cufflink stock they didn’t have out on display to let me choose from whole range. Offered gift wrapping. Totally excellent service and had a great experience selecting a Christmas present last December also. Will always be my first stop for jewellery.

The lady who served me was very friendly and helpful, she explained what 'Gold bonded silver' was and helped me with my purchase for my 84 year old Mum.

Popped in to have a new watch battery fitted. Brilliant service, even found that I had previously purchased a lifetime warranty for the battery in the watch so new one fitted… no charge.
