Genuinely one of the nicest buying…
Genuinely one of the nicest buying experiences I’ve had. The emails building up to the release make you feel part of the process rather than just being sold to. When the box arrives, it actually lives up to the hype — opening it is truly exciting.
The attention to detail stands out: the unique artwork, and the inclusion of a tester and even the speciality tea make the whole experience feel truly special.
The fragrances themselves are beautiful — natural, distinctive, and clearly made with care. I really appreciate the transparency around their ingredients and sourcing, and the fact everything is 100% plastic-free feels genuinely considered rather than just a marketing point. Each seasonal release feels thoughtful and well-crafted, not rushed.
Ffern is completely unique, returns are so easy and you can skip which keeps your place on the ledger without feeling pressured.

The best thing about Ffern is the… customer service, packaging and marketing
The best thing about Ffern is the attention to detail and how beautiful the package arrives… truly an experience…but that may have gotten my hopes a little too high when it came to the actual fragrance…. I’ve yet to fall in love with one. They smell lovely but more so like a room spray smells lovely , not like a fragrance that I would wear on my body…. That being said, if you don’t care for the scent the return process is pretty easy. You can opt to keep the funds in your ledger for the next season or get your money back… I’ve been subscribed for winter and spring or 2026. I’m looking forward to the next seasons scent and really hoping summer is a keeper!

Delightfully engaging
I look forward to Ffern's seasonal send outs! It's a wonderful way to celebrate and find inspiration in each season. I would love to see a smaller version. I use these daily but have yet to finish one! I love the soft subtle scents. I have a lot of allergies and am sensitive to scent, I find these perfectly subtle for me. Not too little, not too much, just right. I find the scents to be very calming and grounding. I keep one at my desk at work when I need a "pick me up" or a "calm me down".

Perfect everything
I love the sustainability of their business model, the sourcing of their products and the overall marketing with supporting local artists, including unique goodies for the clients and the scents - all my, absolutely amazing and nothing like all those synthetic perfumes I used to wear before. The return policy is also great, so even if the scent is not for you, returning it is super easy. Overall, I'm very happy with the company and will continue using their products.

I love everything about this company
I love everything about this company. The packaging is absolutely stunning and the scents is like nothing I’ve ever worn before. You can tell they are mixed with great care. Their return policy is wonderful… If a scent does not suit you, you can send it back without questions asked. I did appreciate that when I sent a fragrance back, I was asked for my thoughts and comments on why I returned it. It’s so exciting to receive the box in the mail every season!

Good experience so far
I’ve received two fragrances so far. The packaging is beautiful and it’s such a delight to open! I love the little add ons.
I adored the winter fragrance and the bottle is more than I will wear in a season, so I’m happy with the quantity (although I would order a half bottle if it was an option!).
I did not love the spring scent. It wasn’t bad, just not for me. The return process was very easy and simple. I feel good about staying a member based on how straightforward that process was in the event there are other scents I don’t care for.

Exquisite detail and impeccable communication, and that’s just the service … as for the perfume it’s got to be tried. The gifts were magical, I loved the thoughtfulness of the sounds, cinematic videos and fine artwork - not to mention the care for wildlife. The whole experience left me feeling elated.

Master class in customer service!
I had to change my Delbert address last minute and their concierge service immediately responded and sorted it for me. My bottle slipped the sleeve and broke on the floor and they immediately said they will send me a new one. Master class in customer service!
