Ferde AS invoice scheme
Ferde AS has emploied Collectia which is a dept-collecting office to collect toll at it's customers. Unfortunately Collectia has a suspicious reputation and exploit their position to cash in by pushing the payment conditions to what feels to be to the limit of fraud. Thus not a company one should hire to obtain a good customer relationship. Recommend to at least make agreement of giving more than 14 days credit and demand that notice is given before adding fine in dunning letters, as Collectia is splitting up the original invoice into one letter for each Operator - each added a fine of 100 dkr. Collectia is a debt recovery firm and not trained as an invoice service bureau. I have apointet Ferde AS only one star based on how they treat their costomers when driving in payment for their services and not for their exelent roads.
