I will NEVER PURCAHSE ANOTHER FENIX PRODUCT

Fenix has the WORST customer service. Calls to their main support number go unanswered. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes. I ordered some batteries and they are hung up on Fenix's end. I was told to report that on Fenix's website but the only selection was not helpful. Now I have received "authorization" to return goods that were never received. Frustrating. It would be good to talk to a representative since Fenix's AI driven customer support simply SUCKS. Don't buy any Fenix products!! I certainly have purchased my last products from them.

They had a Buy-one-Get-one sale. Apparently, for the first time ever, it doesn't mean receiving the second item for free, it means I got a free pen (which obviously I don't need). They did answer my email, but they could care less. And I think that makes it worse. Avoid these people

Refusing to honor warranty

Impossible to reach over the phone, refusing to honor warranty on my flashlight. Contacted corporate Fenix about non-responsive branch, they did nothing. Can't even pay a GOOD Fenix distributor to repair my flashlight, as Fenix has some policy restricting service/repairs only to the distributor you bought your light from.

Repaired but with damage

I buy my flashlights from Fenix Store and receive the items in a timely manner. The flashlights them selves are of good quality and seem to be durable although one of the flashlights I bought stop working within the warranty period so I sent it in for repair. The problem is it came back with damage of deep scratches and nicks on the body. When I sent it in, it looked like new. I would expect that the item would be repaired without damaging it. They need to do better on the repairs. If they cannot repair it without damaging it, then they need to do the right thing and send the customer a new flashlight. At this point I will no longer buy from Fenix store.

I have a ld22 flashlight and the end…

I have a ld22 flashlight and the end cap switch works sometimes and other times it doesn’t work I called the fenix store and They asked for the serial number which I gave them but they said it’s not a good number that’s funny it came right off the light they were no help very rude and wanting me to submit all kind of forms wouldn’t even tell me if I could get a part for the light customer service sucks will never purchase their products again it’s all bsThey treat their customers like crap

Not compatible products/false advertisement

I have the fenix TK11 TAC, and was looking for a pressure switch. It says on their website that "AR101 Remote pressure switch" would work. Both says that on their website and switch packaging. ITS NOT COMPATIBLE AT ALL! - the switch doesn't work to the desired flashlight, it doesn't fit it. Very frustrating.

Poor website & phony post-purchase discount coupons

I've purchased 8-9 flashlights/headlamps and batteries from Fenix, the past 2-3 years, and although they sell great lights, their website is horrific to conduct searches on. You can't find many products easily plus items not indicated in your search appear. In addition, they frequently send me 15% discount coupons, after purchases, that never work. I've received two in the past month that did not work on their website. Good products but a 1-star website and 1-star for lying to customers with phony coupon discounts. I'm switching brands.

Easy service to sell a Fenix 3 sapphire with all …

I provided a Fenix 3 sapphire with all UK/EU travel outlet adaptors plus a metal band in addition to the HR monitor, a rubber wrist band for the watch. I initially disagreed with the amount they gave and they increased the payment for these items. While I'm sure one could have broken up the individual units in the travel charger, metal band, watch with USB charger; regular rubber wrist brand to sell en bloc or separate and make a better price, this resource was easy and hassle free.

Horrible customer service, no communication

Horrible, horrible customer service. After they sat on an order for weeks, charging the full amount to my credit card immediately, and never sending even an order confirmation email, I criticized them in an email and they immediately replied with nothing but a cancellation and refund invoice. No explanation, no apology.

That kind of arrogance, from a small company that otherwise gives off the usual rhetoric about how much they care about their customers, and so on, is why they don't deserve your business.

Most likely not their fault, but the fact remains, item did not arrive.

I ordered a p3d and a pack of tenergy cr123 cells, sometime early this year (2009). after waiting for two months and still not getting the item in my mailbox i contacted fenix-store, i even called and spoke to trevor who was very helpful.

He suggested I check my post office if they have received anything for me since sometimes packages like this are held for payment of custom duties and are not delivered direct to addressee. I did check with the post office and was told no package arrived for me. I talked to trevor and I said that I have no reason to think that I was defrauded by fenix-store and most likely the package got lost elsewhere, shipping things to the philippines has always been an iffy proposition.

anyway, bottomline is I knew there was a risk in not using more reliable transport methods like UPS or FEDEX and I paid the price. Fenix-store has a notice saying that more reliable methods of shipping are always available for extra cost.

yet the fact remains, I ordered, paid, but never got my package. I suppose the lesson is if you are from a third world country where reliability and integrity of people involved in the postal service is questionable, UPS or FEDEX would be a wiser choice, or just buy from brick and mortar stores.
