Beyond horrible
Beyond horrible. Sold me a ticket and they canceled it immediately due to it not being an available option. The site said I would be charged if I canceled within 24 hours, and gave me the option to reschedule so I did with the intention of canceling and not to be charged and now they refuse to refund me. Amex will refund me of course but they have been rude and sneaky and deplorable over all. Dont do it.

Do not use this company, Feel the City Tours is a third party company selling massively over priced tickets. I purchased two combination tickets for Pompeii and Herculaneum with audio, total charge 190€. I didn’t realise until I received my tickets that I had been conned. The face value for the Pompeii tickets were 20€ each and the Herculaneum tickets were 16€ each, total 72€. This company charged me an additional 118€ for an automated admin process and audio guide. Whilst I would expect to pay a reasonable fee for admin and audio this price mark-up was outrageous. In addition to this the audio was cumbersome and difficult to use.
Avoid this company.

Angela was amazing….the walk from the museum's to the meeting place and back to the basilica was not great… dome tour to the top is very difficult not for everyone

The tour guide did not show up
The tour guide did not show up. There were 6 people from different places in the world waiting, very disappointed. 50 euros each down the drain! We heard after from others that this was not the first time this has happened with this company. No notification or reason given to us. Disgraceful.

Big climb!
The pick up point was easy to find and a fun place for lunch.
The organisation of the tickets and guide with QR code worked well.
The QR code entry ticket worked with one exception we were sent off to ensure it was ad valid. It was so on we went.

Feel the city tours total rip off.
Brought a ticket for the mezquita cathedral in cordoba. Everything on the site looked like the real booking site for the cathedral. Nothing mentioned it was a third party site until the confirmation at the end. They charged nearly three times the price for the ticket. When I complained they stated extra cost was for organising the ticket. A total of 25 euros per ticket for 2 minutes work. No refund offered just a link to an official Spanish government site to complain. A total scam. Check very carefully before booking tickets.

The tickets I purchased for my group of 5 were way overpriced and they have a no refund policy. These same tickets through the official website of the museums would have been 1/5 the price they charged me. These same tickets Feel the City tours are very deceptive. Funny Host, Great Experience!
The tour guide that we had was so funny (I think his name was ruben? sorry i didn’t write it down!) he was very well informed on the tour and was clearly passionate about his job. Our group was very small, I think 6 people, so the tour was very easy to see and hear (supplemented by the radios and earbuds provided). I was very pleased with our experience.
