Just completely hassle free and so far, as a newish customer, very reliable.
Web site is clear and easy to navigate, no glitches.
Just received my first auto replenish. Was kept well informed about process and they arrived promptly.
One thing though, I do prefer the packs of lenses to be packaged in their smaller boxes of 30 lenses rather than the larger packs of 90 lenses. If it’s possibe to send those in future everything would be perfect! Thank You

Would not refund faulty lenses
I was sent a box of lenses that were all faulty. When I spoke to customer services via chat they offered me no help whatsoever, were rude, and eventually ghosted. I was a first time customer and will literally never use this brand again.
