I was locked out of my house and I called Fastkeys, and within 20 minutes Will arrived and gained access to my home. He advised me that my locks on my front and back doors were old and inefficient and as I had just bought this property recently from and elderly couple I asked him to give me a quote for new locks and making my house secure. Later that week I had the job done in a quick and professional way and I was extremely happy with the price. I highly recommend this firm and their staff were very well informed and helpful.

Following a review of the email correspondence, it appears that the incorrect key number was read from the filing cabinet, rather than an error on our part in dispatching the wrong keys. Nevertheless, we sent a second set of replacement keys free of charge, which were dispatched on 26/06/2025 via Royal Mail. Unfortunately, it appears that this replacement set has been lost in transit.
I sincerely apologise for the delay and inconvenience you have experienced in receiving the correct keys. I will arrange for a new set to be dispatched today, again free of charge. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, I will be issuing a full refund for your original order.
