The goods we received were of good quality. My issue is however with the returns process, we had 2 large items to return and it cost us a small fortune to send them back after spending hundreds of pounds on the initial order. Really annoyed me to the point I wouldn’t use this company again because of this reason.

Ordered a number of items for Christmas. Package arrived as per their delivery information. However, was received an extra item that was not ordered and was missing an item that was ordered. Emailed the company, and had an answer with in 24 hours, as well as a confirmation email that my missing item was on its way. Fantastic Customer Service, and I will for sure be ordering from the company again.
