Ci teniamo a preciare che come descritto nella sezione termini e condizioni presente sul nostro sito ed accettate al momento della conferma dell'ordine: "la disponibilità dei prodotti indicata sul Sito si riferisce all’effettiva disponibilità nel momento in cui il Cliente effettua l'ordine. Tuttavia, a causa della natura dinamica del processo di acquisto online e della possibile contemporanea presenza di più utenti sul Sito, la disponibilità dei prodotti potrebbe subire variazioni nel momento in cui l’ordine viene perfezionato. Di conseguenza, è possibile che un prodotto indicato come disponibile e inserito nel carrello dal Cliente risulti non più disponibile al momento della conferma dell’ordine. In tale eventualità, Farmasave provvederà a rettificare automaticamente l’ordine con l'eliminazione del prodotto non disponibile con conseguente rimborso."
