Prices are quite lower than in Italian pharmacies, the convenience of having a pharmacy 24-hr and easy-to-use website. It has become my supplement store. Also, delivery times are quite reasonable.

Sent the wrong brand, not happy, won't be reordering
Quick delivery but they send the wrong paracetemol - I order a specific brand because they are easy to take and they send rock hard bullets that break your teeth if you are not extra careful. Last order from this lot for me - when I order an advertised brand I expect to get it. Not the first online farmacy to do this and it makes me angry.

Desideriamo precisare che l’operatrice che ha preso in carico la sua segnalazione ha prontamente effettuato le dovute verifiche e, una volta accertato l’effettivo errore, le ha proposto il ritiro del prodotto errato con conseguente rimborso. Tale proposta è stata da lei rifiutata, decidendo di tenere il prodotto.
