This company is complete fraud. Don't say I didn't warn you. I have been charged 6 times in one month and there is NO one that will take a call or explain the charges. I am having to cancel my card and report it as fraud. You'd be crazy to do business with a compnay like this.
FANBASIS Was supposedly the payment processor for a known scam called Flashify. They were aware of this being a scam, and when approached to try to get the charges reversed, they kept avoiding the conversation. They refused to converse after the original "We will reach back out to you" correspondence. This leads me to believe they not only knew of the scam, but were active participants in it. I have communicated with other victims and we are seeking possible legal action if this isnt remedied.
DON'T USE THEM - TOTAL FRAUD. They charged my card multiple times totalling $25,000+ over multiple days after I used their service. These transactions were not authorized by me in anyway. The issue is still ongoing, with new charges continuing to appear every day. I was told the charges would be canceled, but they were fully posted and I have not received any refund. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to them to resolve this, the situation remains unresolved. They keep saying they're working on a fix but nothing got fixed for weeks. I'm consulting a lawyer to get advice and considering filing a lawsuit regarding this matter.
UPDATE: they flagged my review as “defamatory content” (lol) which was not approved by Trustpilot given it's based on my actual experience. The company finally attempted to return the funds in cash to correct the erroneous charges weeks after all of this happened; but guess what, THE TRANSFER WAS REVERSED THE FOLLOWING DAY RESULTING IN A SIGNIFICANT NEGATIVE BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT.
They have just been causing so much ongoing disruption and significant inconvenience over the past month. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I had a very disappointing experience with this platform. A service was sold as long-term access, but it stopped functioning after a relatively short time with no meaningful communication or support.
There is also publicly available evidence that the service was not represented accurately at the time of sale. Despite providing this and trying to resolve the issue through support, no real action was taken and I was redirected elsewhere without a solution.
It feels like there is very little protection for buyers in situations where a service is not delivered as described.
1 minute response times.
Drew Candido is the goat.
Lowest fees in the industry.
Best financing on the market.
What else could you possibly want from a payment processor?
Easy to use, very useful team constantly listening to our feedback and replying quickly.
I received this e-mail the other day. I don't owe them any money, however very threatening. They didn't even have the correct name on the e-mail. They are actually holding $7,000.00. I hope no one does business with them. Apparently they are broke. These people should not be handling peoples money. Please report them to the Florida Attorney Generals and Federal Trade Commision (FTC) - enough compalints and they will be shut down. We are going to report them. Here is the e-mail from them:
"This email serves as formal notification that FanBasis has initiated legal proceedings against and you personally for the outstanding balance of plus accruing fees, interest, and attorney's costs.
You have until 5:00 PM EST on to remit payment in full and avoid escalation.
To be clear: this is not a question of whether FanBasis will recover what is owed-it is a question of when, and what you are willing to put yourself through in the process. The balance will be collected. The only variable is how much permanent damage you sustain to your credit, your reputation, and your ability to operate a business in this industry going forward.
If payment is not received by the deadline, FanBasis will proceed with the following:
1. UCC Lien Filing - A UCC-1 financing statement will be filed against you and your business entity, creating a public record of the debt and encumbering your ability to obtain financing or credit.
2. MATCH/TMF Reporting - Your account activity, including your chargeback ratio and the circumstances of your account termination, will be reported to the appropriate card network databases.
3. Credit Bureau Reporting - The outstanding balance and judgment (once obtained) will be reported to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
4. Law Enforcement Referral - Given the activity patterns identified on your account-including withdrawals immediately preceding a surge in disputes-FanBasis will file a formal complaint with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and any other relevant federal or state authorities.
5. Judgment Enforcement - Upon obtaining a judgment, FanBasis will pursue all available collection remedies, including but not limited to bank levies, wage garnishment, and asset seizure.
These actions will create a permanent record that will follow you. Future processors, lenders, and business partners conduct due diligence. What they find will be determined by the choice you make this week.
These are not negotiating tactics. This is the process that begins Saturday if the balance remains unpaid.
To remit payment or discuss resolution, reply to this email immediately."
Fanbasis is the actual payment processor for
the scammer White Glove Inc. They get between the purchaser and the fraud. Making it even more difficult to receive the promised refund. They ( and myself) should be more careful in who they choose to do business with. A note Fan Basis name would appear on my credit card statement would have been another red flag. They should also be aware of their clients 100% money back guarantee.
had only one interaction with fanbasis as a customer, i bought a subscription for the video genation site "clipify.io" that turned out to mimic an other serious vendor. the site is an obvious scam, no video was ever generated. i'm shure that fanbasis.com is well aware of this and simply does not care. they help fraudsters to cash out, as simple as that.
Thought I was getting assistance to open up a SHOPIFY account with setup of everything needed. I paid the $67 for the domain, then I was ghosted. SHOPIFY account was there but nothing else. What I paid for and what Company advertised was false. Got nothing but basic info to contact SHOPIFY when asked for a refund.
From my experience as well as people I know who've used them, If you ever get a client asking for a refund they do not alert you whatsoever up until you loose the dispute. Not through the app, website, email, text. Nothing.
They also have terrible customer service with no number to call, as well as extremely high fees for transactions.
0/5 massive scam
Completely misrepresented as "free", You only have to buy the domain name for 67.00, sounded reasonable, which I did. Only to then, be berated by one of their associates, because I have low income and bad credit. The very first thing out of his mouth, was how much money I had? Total rip off, trying to get my money back. Do not waste your time, complete b.s. imo.
Fanbasis is a horribly ran company inside and out . They do not know what they are doing ! They going your account when there is a dispute still pending and Risk will threaten you with legal action and have an attorney call you Never use this ! It is a Nightmare
All of the reviews here stating scam don't understand how a Merchant of record service works.
Fanbasis is a payment processor, meaning they don't charge anything.. if you are seeing "Fanbasis" charges on your statement, that means you purchased something from someone who PROCESSES through Fanbasis.
You're not being scammed, you just don't know how to cancel a subscription for something you agreed to pay for. Contact the seller and cancel, so you are not charged.
I have also only lost one dispute ever, but that has nothing to do with Fanabsis and everything to do with the banks approving my evidence of fulfillment. If you lost your dispute, it happens. Don't blame your processor and instead either provide real fulfillment or be more selective with who you sell to!!
FanBasis doesn't keep their word.
Had an outstanding balance for a bit due to some clients charging back on a prior company.
We serviced those clients but without getting into it we submitted all proof and fanbasis didn't win the chargeback even though we supplied a ton of evidence.
We entered a resolution for scheduled payments to take care of the balance but instead they decided to try and accelerate the payments within a span of 30 days and not the agreed upon schedule.
They're shady, never do business with them. They say they want to help but they're full of it.
I've processed alot of volume before go over to whop you'll have a way better experience.
Run away from fanbasis
SCAM company !! Fraud !!! They charged my card $500 without my permission and that’s after I stopped the service with them because I was very un happy with the service. SCAMMERS!!!!!
We were scammed by this company as well. they are holding $27,000 without warning. They also lied about everything under the sun. They said Instant payouts - NOPE 4 days...good lie. Should have run then. I can't call anyone as they apparently do not even have a phone #. Trustpilot hsould report these people. Do not do bsuiness with these people.
Stay FAR away from FanBasis if you want your money and don't get tricked by their promises like fast payouts etc. We had over $15,000 in our wallet balance when they suddenly terminated our account without any prior warning. (We are a legit high ticket service business) No explanation, no chance to resolve anything — just an instant shutdown.
After termination, their "Risk Team" told us the review and settlement process could take up to 120 days. 120 days to release money that we earned. With the comment that they will maybe not payout our funds at all. Like what the hell. Their customer support is the worst I've ever experienced, generic copy paste replies, no real answers, and zero accountability.
When we tried reaching out to the CEO directly on X, he actually responded — but instead of helping, our account got completely locked right after. No more access, nothing. It feels like we were punished for speaking up.
They held our funds for weeks, then terminated the account, and are now sitting on over $15,000 of our money with no clear timeline for payout. Their support gives you the runaround while your earnings are stuck in limbo.
If you're a creator or agency considering FanBasis: don't. This platform will happily take your revenue, but the moment something goes sideways, you're on your own with zero support and no access to your money. There are far better and more trustworthy alternatives out there.
