September 2, 2020: I contacted FanaticPrintz via Instagram about their prints.
September 2, 2020: FanaticPrintz responded and assured me that the prints are clear and vibrant. They also stated “If you don’t like the print, you can return it with no questions asked. Our facility is in Florida, Orlando.”
July 27, 2021: I placed an order with FanaticPrintz for Music Mind canvas 24x32 ($107.95) and Ancestral Plane canvas XL 1 piece ($189.99) with a coupon code that removed $44.69. The total was $253.25 paid via PayPal.
July 29, 2021: Received a “Thank you” email from FanaticPrintz signed by Malek.
July 31, 2021: Received a “William, tell us what you think” email from FanaticPrintz
August 5, 2021: Order was received
August 5, 2021: I emailed FanaticPrintz to let them know the canvas mount on the Music Mind canvas was not installed correctly. I also sent a direct message via Instagram to obtain the return address.
August 6, 2021: I emailed FanaticPrintz that I was not satisfied and wanted to return both prints. I also sent a direct message for a request to return the order. ALL MESSAGES READ BY FanaticPrintz WITH NO REPLY.
August 10, 2021: I emailed FanaticPrintz that I was not satisfied and wanted to return both prints.
August 11, 2021: I shipped the prints back to FanaticPrintz, the cost was $69.59.
August 13, 2021: The prints were received and signed by ATHOMAS @ 3:05pm.
August 26, 2021: I emailed FanaticPrintz about my refund and return.
***NO REPLY HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM ANY OF MY MESSAGES AFTER EMAIL FROM JULY 31, 2021***

Sent a refund could not provide product I ordered

Was not shipped right away. Was not what i expected.

My item never shipped. When I inquired about this they gave me a full refund but I had wanted this to be a Christmas gift for my military son. Now he has no gift from me and I cannot trust to order from this company again.

I ordered 3 pieces for my son’s room! It came quite quickly and the quality is amazing! Lot of options to choose from, also huge artist selection!

Got the 4-piece extra large and it is great. I am a record collector/stereo geek, so this piece looks great over my stereo system. Using the 3M picture hanging strips made it a breeze. Very happy.
