Fine until you have an issue
I had a purchase and I revealed the code and it had apparently been used when I entered it into Steam.
Messaged them and they said its been over 30 days since purchase, which is true I didn't click to reveal code however until the same day, but sometimes the codes seem to expire which is odd as I used codes from years ago and they still work.
So I'm out of pocket. I suggest buying from Huble bundle or GOG or direct from steam.
They apologized a lot but had zero solutions and really didn't care at all. I wouldnt call it a "customer care team". Just a make the issue go away team.
