I made an order over almost 3 weeks ago and never got an email confirmation or tracking number. No response to emails or calls.
Charged for the products and they never arrived. The tracking number for shipping said the items were not being shipped "delievery exception; items not allowed."
They ghosted us and kept the money. Paypal won't help us resolve it either so we're out $200.
