I made an order over almost 3 weeks ago and never got an email confirmation or tracking number. No response to emails or calls.

Charged for the products and they never…
Charged for the products and they never arrived. The tracking number for shipping said the items were not being shipped "delievery exception; items not allowed."
They ghosted us and kept the money. Paypal won't help us resolve it either so we're out $200.

Never got the item I paid for or a refund
I recently placed an order on - www famaideal com -, got an email confirming the purchase but never heard back from them again. I sent an email inquiring as to why I never got my product but there was no reply. This is infuriating. I trusted the reviews for - www famaideal co uk - but I now see it was a very big mistake.
