Everything was great with this seller. Their customer support kept me informed about any changes to the order, and the item arrived on time. The product was well packed and exactly as described. The same item was selling on Amazon for nearly three times the price, so this was excellent value. I would definitely order from them again.

This site is simply a scam to take money from people.

I love this website! I regularly order hair colors and hair masks that are not available in other French shops.

Most products I order are much cheaper there. The only downside is that it usually takes them about two weeks to send the items and the shipping is very expensive (8€ to pick up point and 10€ to home delivery).
I would appreciate if the delivery was faster!

I made my order and then I saw the comments here and I was a bit scared. I did not receive a confirmation email, but I got my paypal email saying the payment was successful. Thankfully the paypal email had the email to contact so I sent an email asking if they got my order. I got a reply saying it was confirmed. And I asked for a tracking number once shipped and they sent me.
The package took ages to arrive, although it was shipped 2 days later. I made my order on the 6th, they shipped it on the 8th but I only got it on the 23rd.
But all went well overall.

Great prices and pretty quick international shipping. Wide variety of hard to find Lola products. Not much by way of updates as to progress of order but order revived early in the 15-20 days timeframe given. Definitely legit! Will buy again!

Dispute the case by Pay Pall, so people stay away from this fake website!

I've ordered something from this website and was charged for it. Never recieved order number or confirmation email. It has been about a month now. There is no way to contact them through their website. Very disappointed.

I made an order over almost 3 weeks ago and never got an email confirmation or tracking number. No response to emails or calls.

I placed an order, paid, but the goods never arrived. I tried many times to contact them through their webside never got feedback. That phone which they placed on the website always busy. Please don't order anything, if you won't like loose your money.

Let me start by saying I was very sceptical about ordering from Famaideal having read reviews on Trustpilot. I had little choice though as my wife wanted a unique hair product and I could find it nowhere else. I did order directly from Famaideal.es (their Spanish website) as we were going to be in Spain on holiday and I was confident delivery would be much quicker using an Express service offered by Famaideal.es, namely CTT Express (Urgent) for the price of €4.99.
They dispatched the products the day after I placed the order from Barcelona to Malaga and they arrived 2 days later at my hotel. I was so content with the service I ordered more of the same hair products. They were dispatched the same day this time and I tracked them using the tracking number provided. They were out for delivery 2 days later in Malaga when I got a message stating they were damaged by the courier CTT Express, wonderful I thought, now the games will begin. Who will claim liability given the negative reviews for Famaideal on here I thought it would be a right rigmarole to get a full refund or the same order to be processed and sent.
I sent an email to Famaideal.es (with not much hope of a reply), my worries were short-lived, I got a reply two days later saying they had received the damaged parcel back at their headquarters in Barcelona and would I like a full refund or for the order to be sent again, I was impressed. I ordered again, they were dispatched the same day with tracking number and arrived at my hotel the next day!
In short having been an active shopper on the internet in the UK and internationally for 2 decades I thought their service and professionalism was outstanding. 10/10.

I have made my order a month ago but never got it

They said it came but never did I spend a lot of money 1month ago and it never came THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Very Bad service from Famaideal.
Ordered some hair products. They did not deliver the package but said they did. They did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Famaideal could not show me proof of delivery either. Not satisfied and would not recommend this supplier as they have lousy customer service.

I ordered my hair products on the 5th of September 2022 from Le Mans in France.
To date, 14th of September I have still not received my order. I have written 4 emails asking where my order is and tried calling them on the number they give on their website at least a dozen times. It rings, the welcome message comes on “Bonjour et bienvenue à Famaideal then it goes to the busy signal.
I am truly hoping that this is not a scam and that I will be receiving my order soon. The money was taken out of my account on the same day as the order.
UPDATE
Finally received the product 3 weeks after the order was made. The product is wonderful and I have been using it for years. I did suggest that they update their website as to the time the delivery takes.
Not sure how an order can take 3 weeks to come from Spain to France. Can’t blame it on the pandemic anymore 😉

I've ordered before reading all the reviews about this website and I admit that I was a bit afraid about not receiving my order. Honestly everything went very well with me. The package came in few days via Mondial Relay. All the products were pretty much well packaged as expected. I do not question negative reviews but with me everything went very well. Serious website.

I normally don't leave reviews but I thought i'd help out with my contribution as this website is legit. I received my parcel yesterday and the items came impeccable. Took around 10 days to arrive but eventually got here. Throughout the wait I got a bit anxious as it was taking too long, but their customer service is excellent. they replied back to me and assured me that the parcel was on its way and it sure was. Very satisfied customer here famaideal. Thank you very much. Will be ordering again.

After reading all the good and specially the bad reviews, I decided to take a risk with this firm (Famaideal) and order 3 hair products. Not just to see if the firm would be loyal and send me the products but because they have the shampoo and conditioner I was looking for all my life and they ship to the UK. With this I decided to take a chance with them!!
After I placed my order with the products I needed, 2 days later I received an email with the tracking number. I could track where the parcel was pretty much all the time when in transit.
Parcel arrived in the UK (at my home) after 2 weeks from the purchase (from Spain).
Not bad at all. I will continue to purchase from them, as it went very smooth!
Over all I did had a lovely experience with Famaideal and the products are amazing!

few days later after order they wrote that can't send parcel-don't have this items next month. offered to refund money, but I didn't get nothing.
