I have several online-only banking…

I have several online-only banking services for which my only contact with them is through an ATM or through Zelle, and the use of my debit card. So far, I've been very pleased. Fairwinds banking app is nice, I've been able to download the information I need when I want it from my PC. I like it just as much or more then my Capital One debit card. The only problem is I don't have more money to put in the bank, which is nice because they haven't been a problem at this bank for carrying a zero balance on occasion.

I like my Fairwinds account

I like my Fairwinds account, which explains why I still have it even though I live in Virginia. I have been a member for about 30-35 years or so. There have been issues…changing the online screens and not liked them, but otherwise it goes well.

The branch service is great but not the app

The branch service is great. Unfortunately, the experience with the application is no good.
The application makes it very hard to manage my money.

I still can not put cash into ANY ATM…

I still can not put cash into ANY ATM in Illinois. Every time I call they give me all different ATMs that are supposed to take cash but they don't. I hate that I have to go to yet another credit union and close my FW accounts.

Great bank

Great bank, I heard giving the best rates for their clients for financing cars or mortgages. However they declined my personal loan application but hope when I trade in my car next year will able to provide me a great finance plan.

It was a smooth transition from my old…

It was a smooth transition from my old bank to this new one. The customer support people were great, and they answered all of my questions. I have been able to get cash from an in network local bank so that is cool. I like that my Savings account has a low monthly limit compared to my old bank.

I was given bad financial advice from a…

I was given bad financial advice from a branch manager. She suggested I apply for a credit card and I was denied for the card and my credit score dropped. Then I was stuck with a terrible interest rate.
