1. When I joined, I didn't automatically find the correct account option for the Ramsey recommended account. His recommendation IS the only reason I tried this bank.
2. I found out I was in the wrong account by the fees I was charged. I had to call and ASK for the correct account.
3. I told them I called because of the Ramsey show AND still never received the debt is "normal be weird" debit card. I thought it would also be automatically sent. OR the CSA would ASK if I wanted that particular card.
4. I was charged overdraft fees. The current bank I use has the option to just deny the transaction, which I love- being a low-income earner. paying for something YOU allowed is insanity. I hated this part.
5. Customer service reps sounded bored. Where I currently bank, they always sound HAPPY to help.

The loan officer was very easy and professional, the customer service lady was always friendly greeting and helpful with Notary or what I needed she was there, most of the staff service was excellent, I had a problem in December with one of the tellers pretending to be a Manager & refusing to cash a large check, she is not there anymore, Fairwinds family is awesome, Thank you

I like how I can get everything from deposit checks, transfer from account to account anytime, and setting up CD's is easy.
Only downside is finding a ATM location. The other thing is can't deposit cash anywhere.

Good online banking and no charge ATM at Publix locations. on those rare occasions when I must be in person it is difficult because I moved and the local partner could not help.

I started using Fairwinds because of Dave Ramsey and had just started a high yield savings with a different bank. The banking app I was using was going through some changes that required I find a new bank for a while when I saw Fairwinds on the Ramsey show. Everything that I use functions great BUT I find the budget portion of your website very hard to use and I can't get it work fine tune to match my monthly budget. That is really the only reason I do not give 5 stars. What I would LOVE to see is Fairwinds partner with Qube+ Money to streamline their upcoming Qube Checking portion of their service. That one partnership would cause me to give 10 stars and refer everyone I know :)

Customer service great. Options excellent. Using card has been a challange for NO REASONS yall can explain . We buy $100’s from one store and use at a Dollar store and decline charges. Used at another store , declined. Yall claim vendors machines? Nope. I couldn’t use at a Publix using iPhone, Apple Watch , then went to car to get physical card. Tap didn’t work. Swiped worked? Same at Costco , tapping not working but insert did. Simply put all options should work without issue and we’re tired of the excuses. Never had issues with other CU but their service was terrible. Yall are kinda opposite. Please fix and maybe we can keep yall and keep referring in our Financial Peace classes we teach all year.
