Fairwinds offers a variety of helpful services including zelle. I have also enjoyed my experience with having our mortgage through the you, the interest rate was much lower than the mortgage lenders and it was not cumbersome going through the underwriting process.

I was skeptical at first dealing with a credit union no where near me or that I could just walk into, but I am sure glad I did! There high yield interest saving accounts are like none other I have had any experience, (way better then the banks) and the customer support is real people that answer the phone and are very knowledgeable and always helpful.

Numerous amount amounts of fraud
Two of my family members and myself have been victims of fraud, through our savings and checking accounts. Even my business Fairwinds account was affected. I have not experienced this extent of fraud with any other banking institution or credit cards.

They respond to messages quickly. There aren't long waits for phone support. The tellers are kind. I've been a member since 2011 and have enjoyed the consistently good customer service. I also love the app. It is functional and gives me the ability to easily bank from my phone.

For customer service, FAIRWINDS knocks any bank out of the ballpark that I’ve ever dealt with!
I’m a Dave Ramsey fan and I tried the Dave Ramsey package and couldn’t recommend it more!
I was so tired of trying to reach my local bank if I had a question about anything and getting stuck in some AI loop from hell that isn’t banking and that isn’t customer service.
