I ordered a 1:12 wing model for almost $350. The advertised lead time is 5 weeks, which in itself is ridiculous. To make it worse, it was actually almost 7 weeks and still not a single update. Their customer service is also useless. I sent a followup once 5 weeks was up asking for an update. They claim to get back to customers within 3 business days but it was over a week without any response. I sent a followup threatening to chargeback and leave a negative review unless they provided an update within the next 2 days. Surprise surprise, somebody responded, but still useless as all they said was they would "request an update internally". Not very helpful. Thank god for credit card chargebacks!

Prices back in 2020/2021 used to be decent but since then they have become insanely expensive. Products are generally on point and of good quality as you would expect. Disappointed with a couple of signed photos as they are horrible and blurry, not by design so they are selling blurred prints which isn’t acceptable at the ridiculous prices they charge. More and more driver race wear is auction only and no longer available to buy outright as you could before. I can’t help but feel due to the increasing popularity fans are being used as cash cows!

I ordered 2 items End of November on Auctions. One I received start of Feb & another they ‘didn’t have as they’ve over sold them, so offered me a pair of Russell boots instead, which was ideal, however I’ve not received them, They are not replying to any of my emails or contact and I’ve now basically stolen my money effectively

Ordered at the end of September and received two faulty items. 41 emails and 33 phone calls later, I finally got the full refunds at the beginning of march, 5 months later.
Among all the infuriating things they did, there is definitely the fact that after each call they assured me that I would receive an answer by the evening, which I did not receive, forcing me to call back the next morning

Yeah, bought some “race used bodywork” and don’t even know if it’s real (apparently not). Left them feedback 2 times - they didn’t even post it.

Don't buy from this company. I bought something and was marked as delivered but never received it and they are saying they can send out an other one but can't give a refund. I don't trust them to send out another could anybody help thanks in advance. Emailed them about a refund and I have been ignored for 2days now. Very unprofessional. Just shows your priorities if it takes you 6 months to reply

Order placed on January 13th. A scaled helmet. It said 'in stock' but also 'dispatched in March'. Very confusing because I didn’t know when I would receive my order. I tried to contact them via email since there was no phone number available. By January 22nd, I still hadn’t received a response. After reading all the negative reviews, I really wanted to get in touch with them to ask for clarification. Eventually, after some searching online, I found a phone number: +441327831536. I tried reaching customer service, but my call was dropped 9 times. Then I tried all other options and finally got through to someone from Finance. When I told her I wanted to speak with someone from Customer Service, she said she didn’t know where they were, that they weren't at their desks?! After some insisting, she went to find someone, and I finally got through to Rebecca. My order is in the system and will be shipped as soon as they have it in stock, probably in March. But she couldn't say this with certainty. To be continued... I’m glad I eventually got a real person on the line. To anyone here who can’t reach them... try the phone number listed above. After a few attempts, you’ll get someone on the line and hopefully more information about your order.

Worst experience in 30 years of collecting Purchased over 4000$ in F1 drivers worn stuff.
Their AI chat system responded to me that shipping can be combine if from the same supplier, according to their policy.
Yet, they charged me each item individually for shipping at 52GBP each for 1 balaclavas and 2 jersey nomex ( 156 gbp) plus another 100gbp for the suit
I have over 250 Gbp only in shipping when it should have been combined. I tried writing and even calling them from Canada...No answer and , they don't even write back when emailed. They invoiced me and the stuff is to be shipped but, they never combined anything.
AVOID! And I did not get my stuff yet but I am scared now since, they wont even reply to my demand.
I also received the DHl custom taxes :$550 Canadian added to the shipping charges of 600$ makes it for 1100$ just for shipping 2 suit, 1 balaclavas and 2 jersey.
Not even talking about the race used comments note that I keep seeing here which seems to point out the product isn’t what is described always

We paid a lot of money for an F1 helment OVER A YEAR AGO and have not recieved ANY updates on where this item is and if it is ever going to be delivered to us. Never had such a poor customer experience. We will be doing a chareback. I have tried messaging F1 support 10 times and they do not respond. We get a response from "The Memento Group" occasionally and all they say is some form of "I want to assure you that we’re working hard to address your query and will get back to you as soon as possible." Such a sad customer experience for F1 and for such an expensive purchase. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID! Xmas gift purchased. Extremely poor quality for price paid. Acknowledgement email received then nothing. Numerous emails sent with no response. They take your money then they are not interested after that. Check reviews before you order!

Order placed for an "own the flag" product. Delivery address was incorrectly conveyed to DHL. Over 8 emails to the support line (there is no number to call) went unanswered. One reply came back asking for more details. A further series of unanswered emails and still no product delivered. $500 disappeared with no recourse. This is the first time I have had an issue with F1 Authentics / The Memento Group but it has highlighted that when things go wrong, there is zero customer service nor any recourse.
