Great company. Really helpful customer service and fast shipping

Unfortunately, this company that works with the UFC to sell event used memorabilia doesn't completely run fair and honest auctions. What you will find is many items go "unsold" due to not meeting the reserve, which isn't uniquely new to auctions. However, they will contact people who did bid and offer products at higher prices after the action. The poor part of this is, even if you were the highest bidder you aren't necessarily given the opportunity to purchase the item. I have even asked about the item and asked the "purchase price" and been told that they sold the item which leads me to believe many "backside deals" take place. This borders on dishonest auction protocol and overall poor customer service. I have pulled back any spending until I hear how they will make certain honest, fair, and transparent results. Until then, I have been purchasing through other auction houses.

I ordered a signed Charles Oliveira poster from his fight as UFC 309. Came to my house nicely packaged and once I opened it up it was also nicely packaged. Poster came already framed. The photo is centered inside the frame with empty space around it. Signature looks authentic and real. Slightly different than what you see on the website photo. Overall great product and great delivery service and will be buying more in the future.

Let it be known if you buy from the US the shipping service (DHL Express) will charge you a separate additional $70 dollars ontop of the poster you bought.

This was probably the worst buying experience of my life. My son wanted this as a birthday gift. It was a horrible experience from purchasing to finally getting the product (3 months later). Customer service is basically non-existent. They're in a different country (I had no idea when I purchased it) so they never respond within 48 hours. They don't give you a phone number, you have to do everything through email. The customer service agents do anything possible other than accommodate you. They must get training in how not to help people! The gift was so expensive (and who knows if it was a real UFC item). I was told that I would get a coupon for it which never happened because they said that I was given the information from a different company even though that company uses their email address. That of course caused a lot of anxiety because I wondered who had my credit card information if it wasn't them. I can't even begin to tell you how horrific this buying experience was and I'm telling you that I would stay far, far, far away from this business! DON'T DO IT!!!

Got Overeem vs Volkov and sandhagen vs umar signed posters, shipped internationally to me in super fast time and arrived safely. Can only speak for my experience of course and this is my first and only order from this company at the moment, but will be buying more in the future from them

The most useless site I've ever used. They didn't even reply on my emails. Absolutely shit

SERVICE IS ASS. I ordered this for my husband’s birthday coming up two months ago. I had to send it back because it came damaged and late. Was told they would reach out to me with updates, nothing happened. I’ve reached out over 10 times through email, I got a response from some corporate person about how they’re so sorry for the shitty service. After that, they’ve just not responded to any email whatsoever. Do not buy from here because they scam you out of your money and as a customer, I feel very lost in regards to what I can do to get my husband’s birthday present, which is again closer to two months late.
Realistically, they could just give me an update about my order. I would understand if it took extra amount of weeks. But I don’t know where we are in that process.

I'm a big buyer from this company. The last few products I have purchased have all been damaged in some sort of way, however they offered to exchange and fix some of them which I am more than happy about but I bought 3 mystery posters and opened them yesterday to find 3 cheap fight night posters. I feel scammed. I paid €550 in total just to get 3 posters that cost €90 each. I'm not expecting to get something more than what I paid but I'm asking for posters that add up to my price. The customer service team are very nice but I honestly can't give them more than a 2/5 unfortunately due to the amount of money I lost out on.

My son bought an $$$ item Dec 18 paid for shipping and we still have not received the item. My most recent communication with them is that we owe additional money in shipping which at this point should be waived given the amount of time this has taken and the amount we paid.

I ordered a $400 item from them in November 2024. I received the item and then returned it with a tracking number. They received my return on 1-3-25 and I still have not received a refund. I have been emailing them for 3 weeks and can not get an answer as to why I have not been credited back my $400. It takes them 4-5 days to respond to an email with no answers except that they will look into it. Very frustrating! I would not buy from them again!

You can never get a hold of anyone and they will not refund you.

This has got to be one of the worst companies to purchase from. Purchase an item 11/28/2024. Sent several emails regarding my order ship and never received any response on when my order will be shipped. Buy at your own risk. Company is horrible! Horrible customer service

Item received is sub par, signature looks terrible compared to what is advertised and even what’s available from private signings. It’s smudged and careless, not what you’d expect when paying over £100 more than other shops are selling the same item for. Certificates came bent and damaged too just to rub it in even more.

Trying to get a refund but the email service is just as bad as the product itself. 4 days with no reply after there initial request for photos. If by tomorrow there is still no response I will be forced to go the chargeback route as it is unacceptable at every level regarding this purchase.

Just got an autograph poster framed and the quality is second to none

I have just purchased a collectible for my son for a special birthday. I ordered the wrong item, so called them first thing the next day to explain and they happily amended my order and dispatched the same day, it arrived in perfect condition within 24 hours. I would have no hesitation purchasing from them again.

horrible experience. i have been UFC fan and purchased many items over the years. Recently purchased the UFC 300 Mystery box for $1000. you assume its a way for the UFC to celebrate the milestone and offer cool collectibles to its most loyal fans. NO it was collection of crap that had nothing to do with the event and a bunch of stuff that looks like it never sold. Didn't include a single thing I would actually buy. The point of a mystery box is to OVER deliver and surprise people because they have no clue what's in it. Total scam and HUGE missed opportunity to really engaged the fans. As if it couldn't get worse, the merchandise ships from the UK and was insanely hard to get through customs hold with DHL and charged a $390 import tax!!!

We bid on an auction that was on for 30 days. We won the auction and never received our item. They never reached out to us. We emailed them after 2 weeks of not receiving our item and received the below email response. How do you place an item for auction and not have it!?!? This company is a scam.

I ordered my belt at the beginning of dezember (04.12) with a dispach of 6 weeks. I can not understand why it takes so long and i got my belt now after 3 months!!!

My family paid to have my name on the octagon for ufc 299 back in December. We received an email confirming the order. A week before the fight we received another email saying that everything was good to go, my name was on the canvas. The night of the fight I didn’t notice my name… i rewatched all the fights and made sure to not overlook any part of the octagon. Myself and four other people watched the fights and couldn’t find my name. So, my family emailed the company “memento” and asked which logo my name was under… next day we got a reply saying that my name did not make it on the octagon canvas and offered a spot on ufc301 or a refund. We chose the refund which was refunded within 24 hours.
The part I don’t understand is why did I get a conformation the week of the fights saying my name was on the octagon canvas when it clearly was not…? I wonder how often this happens? I also wonder what would have happened if I had not informed them?
I was very bummed out about this transaction. Everything seemed to be fine. The fights were awesome and some of my favorite fighters were on this card.. and had great performances!!! Instead of having a piece of history framed and on my wall all I have is a bad taste in my mouth. You never know how the fights will go when you pay to have your name in the octagon… your favorites might lose, the card could be lackluster, but that wasn’t the case with UFC 299. It was a great card and I wish my name was on the canvas like it was supposed to be.

I don't recommend this company. I won an auction back in Novemeber. They took my money right away. I waited and my account said pending shipment. I then sent inquiries on the UFC collectables auction site asking for updates. I sent multiple inquiries and got no responses. I Google searched if there was somewhere else to reach out too.

I sent Memento an email asking about my item. I got a response saying sorry to inform you but a technical error out of their control that they don't have the item. I asked why was my money taken and no one reached out to me. All I get told is sorry and pick what you want to do as in credit, another item, or refund. I said refund. They told me 10-14 days and I should get an email saying it was process. Now on day 18 still waiting. Was told they would check the the finance team. Sent another email to be told checking with the financial manager now. Still no refund
