Website is very easy to use and there's a wide variet of lenses for all budgets. If I had to quibble, the tint previews are not particularly representative of what it's actually gonna look like in person and the Try-On function always puts the glasses too high on my face so the function is only passably useful, although I understand how difficult conding something like that can be and I appreciate that it's there at all.

Quick, easy and cheap. Lost my eyes at the airport. Thankfully these deliver quickly.

I tried to order these glasses 4 times and could not do it on my phone. I had to use my work computer and that still look a long time.
Then my glasses were stolen on a plane 2 WEEKS after i got my new glasses. I was told it was my own negligence that allowed them to be STOLEN and they would not give me a replacement or at a discount. I was look to look for coupons and reorder. I had to wait a month to save and order. and now ill wait another week+ to get my glasses.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Would give 0 stars. If you want to get bombarded with emails to ‘authorize the card because the merchant is asking for it’, multiple times, only to have your card defrauded and random/worldwide charges show up in the $100’s of dollars, then shop here.

GREAT COMPANY EASY TO ORDER ON LINE

I tried to add a second pair and your website is ridiculous. Should have a continue shopping or a way to order more than one pair. Not an easy ordering system at all.

The Ai lens helpbot isn't any better than the old way of picking choices one at a time. If its there then it needs to be good enough to help make decisions about color, shape, which sun options fit needs better, etc. I tried asking it and some of the results were incorrect. Also I'm a long time customer and prices are starting to get a little high. Its not a good look to now be forced to add on packages when back then I could get in and out under $80-100 per pair easily. Still I prefer eyebuydirect to other shops. Oh and its sad to see some of my favorite styles be discontinued.

Everything time i come on here the glasses are more and more expensive and why do i get upcharged for something standard. this is turning into bait and switch. this will be my last order. my eye doctor is starting to be cheaper.

The glasses are cute, there are a lot of colors and styles to choose from. The customer service rep that I spoke to by phone was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I wish the glasses I really loved come in a smaller frame size but I am glad I could get something similar. The reasonable prices are the best part.

Run from this place no Americans on cust service and they lie about refunds!!!
I have then given 2 chances to get my lens right. Never did . It was thru insurance so I talk to that dept they told me keep glasses they would refund . Got insurance benefits letter they still charged my insurance now I can't get another pair of glasses. Have been on phone for 1hr with eyebuy direct hung up on a times 3rd call been on hold 10mins. Waiting for ins dept to pick up.
I will add a addendum to my review.
Finally after 4 tries. I found credit was as well given to insurance company.
I still am tired of talking to non American Customer Support people.
Not a prejudice opion. Every countries way of life,mindset,is totally different.
So here American Support. Your Customer Experience will be better
