Really impressed with this company - we needed very specific sash windows - perfect from start to finish (including the delivery driver, who gave me the fixings which i didn't realise that we would need) - This was a trail order (2 windows) - the other 11 will be comming their way (as soon as I can arrange the funds (from mother!))

I found this to be a very efficient Company. The website was easy to navigate to design the door I wanted, and the final price offered was very competitive. As soon as the order was made, a delivery date was offered, and the door was delivered on time, well packaged by a nice Driver. Not once did I have to chase things up, double check or follow up on anything. Its so refreshing to deal with a Company that just does what they promise. Would happily order from you again.

I found External Doors Online a very professional and friendly business. I ordered a door with the help of the office staff who were very helpful, 3 weeks later it arrived well packaged and exactly as I ordered. The door and side panel (we choose a cream colour Solidor door & side panel) look and feel solid quality products and were no problem to fit.

The door I purchased is great. They gave me a delivery date when I purchased the door (wasn't as long as I expected the lead time to be) it arrived on time. The door was exactly as I ordered online no issues. The only slight negative is the actual delivery one man (not the strongest either) as I work my wife had to help carry. Not ideal really needs to be two men for a heavy item such as this. Otherwise delighted and would highly recommend. Also price is very competitive.

The bi-fold doors are brilliant, would recommend 100%. The delivery on the other hand (if you can call it that) was shockingly poor.
I don't think you can call it delivery if those delivering can't get it off the truck without help.
The delivery was "Thursday pm or Friday am" which, when everyone in the household is out working Monday to Friday, doesn't make it easy to make sure someone will be there to receive the delivery.
Got a call about a hour before to say they're on their way. Luckily my Mum was able to come round and wait, and I had a roofer doing a flat roof for me, which was lucky.
The delivery of big bifold doors, that are not only heavy but awkward to move, turned up; it was 1 guy, he couldn't get them off the truck unaided, should have been 3 delivery people, 2 minimum. Just 1 guy. This is why it was lucky the roofer was there, he helped get it delivered, meaning he was set behind on the roof, which meant he had to come back the next day to finish.
As far as I'm concerned the delivery was completely unacceptable. I would have happily paid £20 for it to be delivered correctly. Very disappointing, and External Doors Online should change their delivery provider as they are really ruining an otherwise brilliant service.

Everything was pain free and efficient. Great communication great delivery great quality and above all fantastic price I was quoted £1700 -£1900 fitted for composite door and side glass panel. And it cost £800 and I fitted it in a day just need to tidy up with trim.
