No Answers/No Replies/false accusationsI was a potential new customer to this company, after dealing with Jenny over a couple of days and after I filled out their application. I was told by Jenny that I had been "DENIED" to have them Factor my new company.
Their reason given to me was that I had "FEDERAL TAX LEINS" and a "HISTORY OF JUDGEMENTS" against me or my Company (that was not made clear to me.)

I DO NOT!!!!! HAVE EITHER!!!!

But to make sure something wasn't slipping past me....

I ran all 3 of my credit reports "Nothing to be found"
I have great credit by the way.......

I then contacted several Government Agencies, including our State and Federal Agencies that participate in such things..."NOTHING FOUND UNDER MY NEW BUSINESS OR MY PERSONAL NAME"

Obviously, Express Freight Financial either made a typo error when checking, or are just flat out liars!!

I've request their Legal Departments email from "Jenny" their representative, with NO REPLY.

I requested they prove to me the derogatory information their claiming to have found.. only received a phone number to their underwriting and a guy name Asher.

Auto redialed that number for several hours, every minute or so...."NO ANSWER"

I am now taking further actions to prevent them from doing this to other people.....

Here we go again having to send an email because of the high level of incompetence you company has chosen to pride itself on. The last time I checked per agreement ACH is supposed to be sent in the next day. I am having to call multiple times to have documents processed a day later by so called account manager called Natalia. An attempt to reach her manager Josh yielded worse response. Evidently, it’s a trickle down effect of laziness and incompetence that you have left your business to. I even asked Josh for a new account manager like he said he would do after the last complaint. Josh suggested I took my business elsewhere and I’ll like to hold him to his words. I’m ready to take my business elsewhere and will like to pathways immediately. Whatever hold Natalia has on that company that makes her incompetency so tolerable speaks volumes. Damn shame

The worst financial that exists, lack of professionalism, lack of respect I do not recommend it to anyone make them feel good bad, they do not solve the problems and they get upset we do not have an answer they simply tell us ": don't call anymore" so much I the dispather and my drivers have been feeling horrible for 1 week and day and without having an answer, and also working.

Lo peor financiero que existe, la falta de profesionalidad, la falta de respeto, no se lo recomiendo a nadie para que se sientan bien, no resuelven los problemas y se molestan, no tenemos una respuesta, simplemente nos dicen ": no llames más" tanto que yo, el despatía y mis conductores nos hemos estado sintiendo horribles durante 1 semana y día y sin tener una respuesta, y también trabajando.

The customer service isn’t there. I never speak with my account rep Joshua Welsh over the phone when I call, but he tends to respond by email ...

they never answer the phone, its unprofessional, when ever I have a question I have to dial and dial and leave several messages before anyone gets back to me, if they ever get back

I think it’s a pretty good company no issues at all

I originally rated this company at 1 star. Their customer service was severely lacking in overall quality. I’m changing my review because Express Freight and their staff listened!!! Over the past several months they have worked hard to fix the issues and their customer service is much much better! I appreciate a company that sees an issue and fixes it. No false promises. No, “we’re working on it”. They simply took charge and addressed the problems.

I am pleased to call and someone answers the phone. I’m happy that my emails are responded to within a timely manner. My invoices are processed as requested and if there is an issue they notify me immediately. Their staff is kind and personable.

It’s easy to factor brokered loads. Anyone will do it. But the non-traditional vendors that I haul for directly, they helped me factor those as well! They worked with me to find a solution that worked for them and my company.

Thank you for listening and making this a company I’m happy to recommend to my friends.
