I had a very positive experience with Explore-Share booking a trip with Andean Peaks for a 10 day trip to the Cordillera Blanca to summit 2 peaks - Yanapaccha and Alpamayo. I'd book with them again. Regarding the trip - We had an amazing experience with Andean Peaks on our 10 day trip. We didn't have a ton of experience, so Octavio worked with us to set up a 3 day training trip on Yanapaccha to prepare us before our 6 day trip to Alpamayo. Our guide, Hector, was great. We felt safe and he was pleasant and had great energy. He's super fit and well skilled on leading, rope management, etc. Our cook, Raul, was incredibly pleasant and ensured that we had more than enough food the entire time. We'd typically have breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea with snack and dinner every day. The trip was well organized and always on time - hotel pick up was on time, all transportation (shuttles, burros, etc) was on point. I'm more than happy with our experience and I'd highly recommend anyone to use their guiding services. I hope to be back to the Cordillera Blanca and would definitely use Andean Peaks again.

The Aguille du Tour two-day trek was a perfect acclimatisation and level of difficulty prior to our three day Mont Blanc trek.

Mikel was fantastic, he was very enthusiastic and encouraging throughout the trip, it was obvious he enjoyed his job as a guide.
Mikel can climb to a very high grade, his climbing skills weren't needed for this simple two day trek but his thoroughness and attention to detail was very reassuring.
I enjoyed our time with Mikel and would definitely recommend him as a guide.

Florin was a fantastic guide! It was just myself and Florin and he got in touch with me months prior to introduce himself and make some suggestions and see what I might be up for. As the day got closer he checked in with me and on the day let me know we could change the plan depending on what I wanted to do. He was extremely flexible and encouraged me to choose what I would prefer. He was very knowledgeable about the area and I could really get a sense that he really enjoys being in the National Park and hiking in the mountains. I really enjoyed my day with Florin and I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to do some hiking while in Romania!
Explore share made it super easy to get in touch with an appropriate guide, I would definitely use them again!

A trip with my 16 year old daughter up Gran Paradiso. Great experience. But more so because of Expore-Share. They provide a lot of choices or different guides and different activities for you to easily chose the best one suited for your needs. I always check out Explore-Share for ideas our next adventures

That was our first via ferrata and our guide Robert helped us to find a good option that was not too easy but also suitable for the first time. We picked Piccolo Cir and had a great time! Robert was also very helpful throughout the climb and guided us when we were not sure what our next step should be.
Highly recommend this experience and guide to anyone who’s curious to explore what via ferrata is :)

Finished 2 days Fuji hike booked through Explore share. We ran into a very unprofessional hike guide who treated us very bad and refused to take us back to train station and did not give all the photos taken in his phone. Tried multiple times with customer service to assist to get the photos from this guide. No luck. Never book anything through this portal.

Unfortunately our guide can't make a tour for us and recommended his friend guide Claudio Betteto. Who was extremely professional, helpful and kind. We really can say, that Claudio is the best guide we ever met and can strongly recommend him for others! Despite all the problems, Claudio help to solve them and make the tour day (which was our first wedding anniversary day) and other days perfect in Dolomite! He gave us a lot climbing tips to make the way smoother, also told a lot about the nature and others must see places and he help us to get a better hiking plan to other days. Thanks for everything!

Patrick the guide, was such a superstar. He was very patient, had a back up plan (as the weather forecast showed that it could be stormy over the initial route), and shared useful tips during the climb. Patrick allowed me to figure things out by myself before he offered if I wanted any help from him. I appreciate this as I like to try before getting any assistance. He trusted me just like I trusted him and that's perfect. All in all, I had a pleasant experience!

The climbing day in dolomite was amazing. The guide Giovanni is the greatest guide I ever known, a best friend and remarkable person.

Marcello was great at teaching us and leading us on an exciting climb on Ferrata Casimiro.

The TMB tour was great. The scenery was incredible..many different landscapes

The guide Grigor was amazing..he gave us all the safety information along the way. Always there when somebody needed him, adapting rhe rythm when needed , always attentive ..great knowledge of the Alps, mountains and sports

We are a family of four with varied skills and Marco, our guide was fantastic. He is knowledgeable, patient, and makes you feel comfortable and safe. We kept in contact via WhatsApp. He responds right away when contacted. Overall, we had a terrific experience and highly recommend it!

While not a technical climb , Mt Olympus is still a tough mountain. It pushed me to the limit of my 62 year old physical capacity. Akis was very skilled and experienced mountaineer and guide. My climb finished at Skolopis, as Akis judged I was not capable of going all the way to the top. This is OK with me, Akis is a man of trustworthy judgment. It is important to note that pack weight must not exceed 7kg. I learnt this from experience. Mt Olympus is a tough mountain, Zues will welcome you to his mountain as long as understand this.

Ramon is a very attentive and calm person, and we liked him very much. He proactively shared with us information about archaeology, geology, plants, animals, as well as the names and elevations of the mountains. Not only that, he was extremely patient and competent, encouraging everyone in the group to complete the entire hike and ensuring our safety along the way! We saw many stunning landscapes, and he also took lots of photos for us. We felt truly fulfilled and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience!

Blaine Villarevia was my guide on this hike and he was wonderful. His local knowledge of the mountain and communities and ecology added a lot of value. And his experience on this mountain is second to none. Armin did all of the planning for me and was very communicative and helpful.

Booking was easy, and we discussed all the important practical details before our trip. Our guide was Robarto and he was a great company, we felt safe, happy, and challenged exactly the right amount on the trip, that he designed for us based on our initial conversation. We will be back!

You can control many things bar the weather. The weather gods were not on my side, but my guide in Dimitris definitely was.
When the storm hit and the refuges closed Dimitris let me know straight away and came up with an alternative adventure.
He and I had some communication almost immediately after I booked and he had asked enough questions to know what I might like. We had arranged a private climbing day when I arrived in Athens and had also summited Mount Taygetos in time for the sunrise.
I may not have summited Mount Olympus, but the adventure we had will be one that is long in the memory. So much variety of activity of climbing,hiking and walking. He helped me book in to my accommodation when the directions were incorrect - I think I might still be wandering the streets had he not called the hotel. If you are a foody- then his choice of Greek Tavernas and restaurants will have you eating the best food.
Dimitris knowledge and enthusiasm of all things mountain shone through our days together. He took me to some amazing places for adventure and food. He is welcoming and engaging and I will be back for a further adventure.

Robert was an amazing guide. We texted a few weeks ahead of the trip to make sure the climbing was the correct grade for myself and my partner. Robert was experienced, kind, responsive, and very helpful on the wall. Best first multi-pitch experience! We felt safe, and loved the amazing rock in the Dolomites! Thanks Robert! As a beginner climber visiting Mallorca, I wanted a guide to help me work on climbing in general as well as some specific issues. Francesco was perfect for that experience, I learned so much and had a great time!

Having tried indoor bouldering, we wanted to experience what outdoor bouldering is like. Leo was knowledgeable and ensured our safety. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!
