I was with Scottish Power with combined bills of £220 a month.
I was bombarded with calls from this company and finally caved in.
I was told Power supplies were going up in price but if I went with them my bills would only go up by £800 a year.
Wrong. Because they had loaded my bills with British gas with so much commission my combined bills went up to about £650 a month.
I was tied for 3 years and nearly lost my buisness because of the extortionate commission they had loaded onto my bills.
I changed last year to Scottish Power for electricity and British gas for Gas.
Considering energy prices have gone through the roof my combined bills are now only about £450 a month.
I would avoid them at all costs

Horrified. Have been with this company for years but I now find that they recently changed the entity of our organisation leading to higher costs. They also, for some reason 'changed our tennancy' so that our bills go to the wrong address. This led to us not receiving invoices and the Gas company sending thugs round to demand money. They did all this without telling us that they were doing it. I am stuck with this mess for years now. If they would just admit that they have messed up it would be something but they are making excuses all the time. Avoid like the plague!
