Big THANK YOU to Lumi at Stansted! Great service!

We would like to say a big thank you to Lumi for her incredible kindness and generosity. We accidentally left our backpack—containing important documents—in the car park at Stansted Airport in the early hours of the morning. It wasn’t until we got back home to London that we realised it was missing.
We submitted a lost item claim online, and to our great relief, Lumi saw the claim, went out of her way to find the backpack, and made sure it was safely returned to us. Her thoughtful actions and prompt help made a huge difference, and we are deeply grateful.
Thank you so much, Lumi. Your outstanding customer service and compassion truly stand out!
