Thank you!

Forgot my carry-on bag at the bag collection belts and only realised what happened after I had left the airport. When I got to the lost luggage booth, Rovilena could tell I was stressed about my missing bag, she put me at ease. She was extremely kind, helpful and friendly. Luckily she was able to locate my missing bag. Thank you so much!

Lost my bag

Lost my bag in the airport and was extremely stressed. Rovilena was so wonderful and helped me locate my bag. She was so extreamly helpful and the staff here at Stansted at amazing

Do not forward luggage with this company

We sent a suitcase of personal belongings from Heathrow airport to our hotel in France. Excess Baggage did all the paperwork and now French Customs via DHL are demanding a further €800 before they will release our suitcase. Excess baggage have provided no assistance and cannot be contacted. We are now having to buy replacement clothes and ski gear for our holiday. Very expensive mistake using this company.

Indeed a 5 star. When you cone to the Stansted airport, there are 2 wrap stations, make sure to look for the one where Gaby is stationed. Very accommodating!
