I would recommend this company to anyone! Very happy with their service!!

I have been using ExaVault since 2011. I am very happy with their service. I have never experienced any problems or downtime.

Their interface is intuitive and I was able to quickly determine how to configure our account. We are a small team so ease of use and pricing are two main drivers and most importantly the ability to confidently secure file access. ExaVault delivered on all three. The on-boarding emails were a nice touch and gave me confidence in the product. I evaluated two other services before selecting ExaVault. I'm happy with our decision.

This has been a simple service to use that is also reliable and responsive to user needs. The service is always expanding and improving.

I've been with ExaVault for over 4 years now and I can say the team at Exavault has been responsive to any and all of my query's. They are constantly looking to improve services with new technologies and new design. As well ExaVault was the only cloud that was axcepted by a large financial institution regarding security. They will make your transition from one cloud based to ExaVault seamless.

As an agency, we've set up Exavault for a couple of our larger clients, and they love it. The interface is easy to understand, and it definitely beats standard FTP. Granular user access control is a really nice feature that one of our clients uses extensively to limit abilities for some users. They also enjoy having the custom branding option to essentially white label the service. We would recommend ExaVault for other agencies that want a solid file sharing solution without the hassle of FTP.

We enjoy the simple nature of this tool and find it it easy to share large documents and data securely with our clients.

World best FTP Server solution. We use ExaVault since 2013 and have never had problems. The price is really great. You have a lot of opportunities in handling with your clients. For up- and download in different login authorizations. It has been always very helpful and our datas are secure.

Provided the service I needed. Called and they walked me through my concerns i had and helped me understand my issues. My data is safe and stored online vs on a drive at my office or house.

If something goes wrong I always know I have my copy with them as a backup no matter what.

All in all a great service - been using them for a couple of yrs now and have no complaints. This service is simple and straight forward. I would recommend using them for any data file storage service online.

We tested many Cloud Based FTP Sites, ExaVault was streamlined and simple to use. Not to mention extremely Fast & Inexpensive.

Access, Speed, Interface, Cost, A/C & Billing - -> Very Good
Currently I can assign only a root directory with ALL sub-folders to a user. I expect unix like directories permissions to users. (Idon't want all sub-folders access for a user)
Also some friction in selecting user names, it says some new names are already in use.

ExaVault has been a great tool for our company. As a marketing company we handel client lists regularly for print mailings, email marketing and the like. ExaVault allows us to send and receive these sensitive files quickly and efficiently while offering our customers a secure trusted way of doing so.
