Helpful until they have your money
Helpful company until they have your money and you have a problem. The packaging for their 15 lb clutches is shrink wrap on cardboard. I didn’t remove the product from their packaging since I could see right away they sent me the wrong color and the starter gear had come loose in the shrink wrap. I sent them a picture that showed both of these things.
When I contacted them, I was told I had to pay for the return shipping but they could give me the correct color in a different model. I package it up, wrap the starter gear separately, they receive it and send me a picture of the side of the clutch with damage that is clearly from the loose starter gear when it was sent to me - I did not check the side of the clutch for damage from the loose gear when I had it because I was only concerned about the wrong color at the time and only opened it far enough to check the color.
I was repeatedly accused of not packaging it properly while they had my money as well as the product, made to feel like I was the bad guy for wanting the product I was told I would get in exchange for paying return shipping, and eventually told they would send me the damaged clutch back.
Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had bar none. Complete disregard for the picture showing the loose starter gear. They just doubled down on blaming me for not shipping it to them properly.
Now I’m out $80, 2 days of my life arguing with these people and getting back a scratched up clutch but at least they fixed the plate color I guess? Terrible company, spend your money elsewhere.
