Trying to get my money back so I can purchase one from a more reliable dealer.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. It is a scam. We need negative stars on this review site! I bought a mobile, which stopped working 3 months after I received it. I had to send it back three times (at my own expense) for repair, replacement, or refund. The first time, they said they repaired it, but when they sent it back to me, it still did not work. Twice they told me that they would replace it, but never did so. Now, after the last time I sent it, they simply kept the phone - along with my money! And they stopped communicating with me. This went on for nearly five months! This seller needs to be reported for consumer fraud. Fortunately, since I bought the phone through a third party marketplace (Kogan), I was able to get a full refund (good on you, Kogan). But way too much trouble. I repeat: DO NOT BUY from this seller.

I wish I would've read the reviews for this company before I purchased the phone. Ordered from Kogan and expected delivery a few days later. When it hadn't arrived I call Aust Post who said they've had lots of complaints about this business. 4 weeks later I received a refund after a lot of follow up. Lucky I paid with Paypal or I don't think I would've ever got the phone or a refund. If you must use this business I would definitely use Paypal or an alternative company. If it sounds too good to be true.....

Do not buy from this company. I bought a phone for my son’s birthday. It took weeks to arrive - way past his birthday. He had it weeks and then it suddenly stopped working and wouldn’t pick up any signal. I sent it back in December (within the warranty period) as advised by customer service and I’m still waiting for repair, replacement or refund and it’s May! They are now ignoring my emails.

Do not use! I purchased a phone for my daughter for Christmas through this company. Like others I received a tracking number immediately and then nothing else, they blamed it on AusPost as with other reviews. When I spoke to AusPost they confirmed they hadn’t even received instruction to pick up the phone. The phone did eventually turn up (too late!) but given how they never answer the phone I didn’t bother trying to return it. However, it has always had issues and the hardware in the phone died this week, Apple confirmed it was an type of Japanese model which they would not replace and asked if I’d bought from a ‘dodgy online shop?’. What a waste of $300, honestly do not touch this company. My daughter is devastated.

My phone package was stolen and they're currently refusing to answer emails and calls, Unless if they send a new one to replace or a refund I will not be buying from them again!

Was sent a faulty iPad in September 2021, after many emails they finally agreed to repair or replace BUT have yet to acknowledge they even received the iPad I returned 6 weeks ago!
Just emails over again saying someone will be in contact within 24 hours and the issue has been escalated.
Now no response for the past 2 weeks!
Sent it tracked post so can see it arrived at their warehouse in November, now mid January I have even had emails asking me to troubleshoot and clear the charging port to see if that works but they have the iPad there!!
Have lodged a complaint with Fair Trading to try get a refund.
If anyone else is having similar issues (seems to be a lot!) please lodge a complaint too.

This mob are thieves . Ordered iPhone 8 . They generate a tracking number but never actually send the phone . We checked with Auspost and this was the case . After emailing we were told they hadn’t received our order , this was amusing as how do you generate a tracking number and send it to the customer if you never received the order . They flat out now refuse to answer phone calls or emails . Steer clear they are thieves !!!!

SAME ALERT!!!!! DO NOT BUY. There seems to be a pattern here. I ordered an IPhone8 ex demo model apparently on 28th of November. Wasn’t too alarmed at first as I know Aust Post is slow and Cellart did provide an Aust Post tracking number. When I tracked it every couple of days it wasn’t moving. Emailed them - did get a reply about how they would investigate but they haven’t replied to two more emails sent since. No answer on phone calls either. I finally went to an Aust Post branch today and they told me the phone hasn’t even been lodged!!!!! I rung my Visa card provider today St George who were very helpful. Have lodged a fraudulent transaction. Thanks to the other reviews I will also contact NSW Fair Trade. I am so disappointed. This is the first time I have written a review. I just want the phone for my son whose current one broke.

Complaints forwarded to NSW Fair Trading, Australia Post is investigating and CellArt are arguing with me about my attitude when they should just give me my refund. DANGEROUS COMPANY - IF YOU HAVE TIME TO CHASE THINGS UP, BUY FROM CELLART AUSTRALIA that are not even based in Australia.

I purchased an I phone 7 from MyDeal…
I purchased an I phone 7 from MyDeal and CellArt were the 3rd party supplier. The phone has an IMEI number that shows the phone is meant for the Chinese market place and therefore can not be updated in Australia.
CellArt are now denying they ever sold me the phone.
I think they are a little scared as to what the outcome will be when they are caught having done this.
