I had only just missed the return window after purchasing a few different dresses for my Wife. I contacted and although originally was advised there was not much that could be done, after escalation, I was kindly surprised to see that the team had gone over and beyond to help me by letting me return the 3 x dresses not needed. Eloisa and Rocill kindly stayed in contact via email and responded rapidly. Thank you as this made me realise about the returns process for next time, and also made me feel valued as a customer. I purchased a dress, unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with my choice. Return was very easy.

Shipping was expensive compared to other clothing companies. I do not think when you are returning an item, you should pay additionally to ship back. Other than that, it was a very good experience.

Two orders, two styles, five sizes to find one sibling-of-the-bride dress for my teen. Trying on at home is the preferred shopping method anyway. Live chats for help with judging sizes and eventually processing returns of the four not-quite-right dresses was fast, clear, and helpful. I will for sure remember this site next time we need a special occasion dress.

My dress was stolen overnight and they immediately offered to replace it to attempt to get it to me on time for the wedding I am attending. That means a great deal during a stressful time like this. Thank you!

My experience was top notch. From ordering to emailing customer service to change my shipping, to time it took to receive my dress, to the quality of material- Perfection! I was skeptical at first but the reviews showed women who were shaped like me, and in the same dress and I just knew it would work out. It did. It fit lovely and I got many compliments. I wl be back for more!

I was anxious about ordering my bridesmaid dress from here as the price seemed a bit too good to be true! So I was expecting substandard quality. I was proven totally wrong!!!! I ordered a dress that was beautiful, excellent quality and looked stunning on my bridesmaid. I did return it however as it wasn’t quite the right shade of blue I wanted. My bridesmaid is a size 28 and the dress was so flattering. The customer services team was so efficient and helpful and gladly helped me exchange the dress for a different one. I am so excited for it to arrive as I now know how good the quality of the dresses are!

This was my first time ordering from Ever-Pretty and I must say they provided the best customer service experience I have ever encountered. When I had questions about sizing, they responded to my questions asap, even returning a phone call although I had not left a message. When there was an issue with delivery (we later learned it had been delivered to the wrong address, they reshipped my order immediately. And when I had follow-up questions... well... they were still amazing. Every-Pretty customer service is prompt, patient, understanding, and helpful. For that alone, I'll be back. :)

The dresses arrived on time, and were of good quality given the price. Customer service was top notch and both quick and easy to navigate. Would reccomend this store.

I ordered two dresses one in size 12 and the other in a 10 UK. the next morning I emailed customer service asking to switch sizes so both would be delivered in UK 12. I was a bit worried because I paid the extra money for a speedy delivery so I thought they might have already packed and prepped my package for shipping. Within the hour, I got a response confirming the switch would be done with no issues at all ahead of shipping.
The dresses on the site are lovely and very versatile. I hope the quality is just as good when I get them :) Great customer experience so far.

I contacted Rocill through chat today so see about part of my orders delivery date, she told me when I am likely to receive it and all the relevant information I needed. I needed to cancel some items and this was processed too which is great knowing I don’t have to pay for postage to return items more than once!

Even though, sadly the items I ordered weren't quite the right fit, the return process was unbelievably smooth! The customer service was wonderful and because of that I will not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future!

Great quality clothing and awesome customer service! I ordered a couple dresses and unfortunately they were a little big. In between getting the new dresses, I became ill and lost a lot of weight. The dresses arrived and were too big! I called and someone immediately picks up, no “dial 2 for returns” garbage. They were able to get me another dress express shipping before I even returned the others. I will be purchasing clothing from them in the future just based on customer service alone!
