I bought my dress, which is lovely the service from order to delivery was so good.
Through being taken into hospital and having surgery I missed my returns deadline.
After sending a message to them asking if I could return my dress as it wasn’t suitable. I have been able to return my dress.

I placed my order in middle of July. Still not received my order.
Emailed them on a couple of times and we’re not helpful at.
Very disappointed with the whole experience, considering this was part of a Birthday present.
Not good to deal with at all and I’m still waiting for my order

The best service I received. Great help and advice from Adam . Wasn’t pushy and listened to what I was looking for.
Was great with my grandson and involved him in the sale by asking him what he thought.
