due to issues with the return

due to issues with the return - goods returned in November and still not refunded by the end of December - I am glad I have done the payment with Klana pay later as this would of been a nightmare to sort - everything has been sent to Klana to prove the return

Delivery was awful vowel did not bother…

Delivery was awful vowel did not bother to follow instructions and threw the package in bush by gates luckily my neighbour found it

Partial refund when I sent whole order back.

I returned four pairs of jeans and was refunded for two. They say I haven’t returned them, that they run a clear desk policy, the parcel wasn’t damaged and will only refund when they get them back. How can I send something I’ve already sent !?!
I’ve had to raise a chargeback with credit card.
