Store that steals your money!

My mum ordered 2 pairs of boots that arrived in the same package. After trying them on and finding one two tall (leather cut into her knee) and the other two tight she repacked them and returned via Evri. Two days later she got the refund for 1 pair, when she enquired why they said one had only been returned. She asked this to be investigated and they responded with a generic email about a clear desk workplace. After 5 emails and finally a call to Evan’s they refused for 20minutes to put her through to a supervisor, after insisting she spoke to a supervisor but they said to claim the money through the credit card! As Evan’s has the product back for them to tell her to claim it through credit card is DISGRACEFUL! We are still waiting for this to be resolved but would strongly and will be strongly advising any to stay away from Evan’s! Awful customer service!

Evans dishonest and underhand

I returned my full £94 shoe order but only received £88 back. Their email explicitly states return fees are zero, yet they still kept £6. This is dishonest and a total lack of transparency. I won't shop there again and raising a dispute with my bank.

Beware

Beware. They don't give long enough to return items. Not even a month. Not even 4 weeks. I'm now stuck with a useless gift that was the wrong size.

It's ridiculous when it comes to xmas gifts that people often buy weeks before the person the gift is for receives it. :(

Very disappointed. And (obviously) out of pocket. It would cost them nothing to allow a longer window. I won't be buying from Evans again.

Disappointed

When I placed my order the website said delivery 27/12/25 if I paid a delivery charge of £5.99
I paid the extra and the goods did not arrive until 29th

considering the ethos of the shop

considering the ethos of the shop - the items were described as wide fit but were not in reality. Don't have the time to send back but can't wear as very narrow.

We hope you loved your purchases or Gift, however if you do need to make a return you have until the 13th of January 2026 – This applies to purchases made between the 19th of October 2025 to the 21st of December 2025 (Any purchases made on or after the 22nd of December will fall into our 28 days return period.) For any purchases made in store, we’ll issue refunds onto a Gift Card, or the team can help you exchange your item for something else you love.

100% cotton, feel and look great

Delivered next day at standard delivery rates. Good quality cotton, dresses look like on the website (a lot of companies are less honest). I bought both dresses a bit too large , they are generously cut anyway. Very comfortable and look great
