Ordered a gazebo in plenty of time for family gathering tomorrow. Has still not arrived a week later and certainly not within the 3-4 working day delivery promise. Unable to tell me when it will arrive, unable to cancel but if I want to return I will need to pay to return!!
Should have ordered from Amazon to begin with.

Ordered on line entered registration of car .came up make model and year I ordered the parts ie break discs and pads.discs to big and pads slack fitting.i will stick with motor factor place's from now on.dont have the time to run back and forth with wrong parts

Poor customer service
Online said parts in stock.
When I arrived order was not complete.
As I attempted to collect on a Sunday I was told nothing could be done as systems are locked on a Sunday.
I would have to wait until Tuesday for the missing item.
I requested a full refund, he laughed at me and said the system is locked. If I don't collect for 7 days I will be automatically refunded. Not happy.

You were supposed to open at 8 to collect the battery. I arrived to be told 'yeah not open til 10 if she turns up'.

Euro car parts barking branch gave me…
Euro car parts barking branch gave me wrong size battery. On the spot I refused to take it and they took the return. Said the payments go back to my paid card. It was in 20th June 2026.
Now almost 4 weeks but still no refund yet. I went barking branch twice they said can’t locate my order or refund. Call the customer service but they advice go back to branch.
Lost £190 for nothing.
