I was in an accident 2 months ago, my car was taken by a garage which have been amazing. Still to this day waiting for esure engineers to approve my car to be fixed, no updates whatsoever from them, had customer service promise I would receive a call back from the engineers but still nothing!!! This is the first complaint I have ever made in my life. Worst experience I have ever had. If you are in an accident and want your car to be fixed quickly then do not use these.

Do not use Esure
After the terrible winter storms in early 2026, I filed because the storms stripped the render off of my chimney. The assesor for this company would not honour it, claiming that a 2 year old satellite shot from Google determined thay there was water ingress. When I asked hoe could they not honour the claim after obvious storm damage; he just laughed at me.
DO NOT GET ANY TYPE OF INSURANCE FROM ESURE. Your legitimate claim will be denied.

Great Price and Great Cover!
My previous Home Insurance Company could not improve on their premium renewal quote this time around.
Ensure were not the cheapest comparison quote but it was the best deal for me with excellent cover, excesses etc.
Very quick and easy to apply online.
1st Class Service so far!

I have tried to call you for days but can't get past the ridiculous auto system you have
I have tried to chat to you on the chat and got nowhere
I have asked to be called multiple times and no one has bothered
I have now had an email from you saying you are cancelling my policy I can't reply to the email and I am still in the stupid auto system
I am in hospital for an unforeseen amount of time with spinal issues

Firstly, ensure were the cheapest. Looking at as much small print as I could tolerate, cover was on par. Easy to navigate through there website (or App, cant remember) and easy to complete the process.

Super efficient service
I obtained a quote very quickly directly on their website, paid online and then contacted customer services who were very helpful. The guy who I spoke to was great, we had a little chitchat and he was able to resolve my enquiry. Will certainly be sharing my experience with friends and family!

One star is too much, claims dept , they dont tell the truth, they dont reply, to questions, update shocking service.
The claims team send repaet emails about you location, your vehicle location and repeat emails about who has your vehicle, all stalling tactics to cinfuse and upset you, I've vneve4 dealt with a company like it
