Automatic renewal means that at the end of your subscription period, ESET will renew your subscription automatically using the payment method you provided when you purchased it.
Auto-renewal helps prevent any interruption in protection.
You will receive a notification email 30 days before the renewal date for annual subscriptions. Once the renewal is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice.
Auto-renewal remains active until disabled and can be turned off at any time through the ESET eStore Subscription Management page.

Renewing
I was notified by email that my ESET would renew for 5 devices at $179,99 when my current subscription was for 1 device at $69,99, I had to get an actual body to resolve the problem but had to pay for it then which took about3 weeks off my subscription. ESET is great but renewing, up to this year had been great. Not so much anymore.

Eset Security
I love Eset and how well their security system takes care of my computer and cell phone. I have had them for years and had no issues in any aspect. When I need to speak with someone at customer service I always get a live person which is great these days. I could not be happier with them and the peace of mind of have with them protecting my devices.

Security service that's always dependable

It did not connect with my computer..
It did not connect with my computer... very or extremely difficult. You fix it other wise, you will direct me to you system to repair and that could take hours or misdirection to another site which has nothing to do with ESET or misinformation and further delays. I paid for it just connect the damn thing....
