I bought a coat a few days ago and...

I bought a coat a few days ago and didn't receive a package. Contacted customer support on the 19th however they haven't gotten back to me after 4 days after saying they would get back to me in a maximum of one.

I really need help with my order…

Unreachable customer service

Two hours after complaining here on Trustpilot, I finally received all the information needed to return my shoes. It's unfortunate that this didn't work through the regular customer service channels. It worked in the end, but it took me a week and a negative review to get a response. Hopefully, they will improve and streamline their procedures. And then... let's see if I receive a full refund at the end...

I ordered shoes two weeks ago with an…

I ordered shoes two weeks ago with an advised delivery date of the 14th. They are now somewhere in transit and when I've contacted customer csre they just read the courier tracking page back to me. No attempt to locate the package. No reason why it's not going to be here. I pray they fit because sending them back will be a nightmare. I would avoid.

Disappointed overall

I ordered a pair of white Hugo Boss trainers, I already have the same trainers in black.
The price was good even if delivery was a bit slow.

The problem is that, although they are labelled as a size 9, they are more like a size 10 which is easily noticeable when comparing them to my existing pair.

If they have been labelled incorrectly, I can accept that this isn’t the companies fault, but the customer service when I explained the issue has been terrible so far.

I have sent pictures showing the size so they know that it is legitimate and I’m not just trying to get out of paying return postage.

I also explained that I do want a pair of the trainers but in the correct size.
Despite this, I am being told that I will need to pay for return postage and then pay for postage again when I order another pair… which may or may not be the correct size!!

It’s looking like I will have to just return them, pay the postage cost, and order them from a better company.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend buying from this company.

Update:
The customer service team do reply quickly and have agreed to a free return and have sent me a return label.
It still leaves me without the shoes I wanted which is disappointing as no solution was offered, (they could manually check the size when they received them back and send me another pair in the correct size) but at least I’m not out of pocket.

Excellent experience!

Excellent experience from beginning till receiving my item. The prices are the best, and the leather jacket arrived fast and so well-packaged. It's brand new, and 100% authentic. Customer service also very helpful and answer quickly and keep you updated about order tracking. I will definitely be ordering more, highly recommended!

Unbeatable prices, was kept informed via a link

I was on holiday in Valencia and discovered Spanish shoe brand XTI, but I didn’t have any room left in my suitcase. Upon returning to London, I was just browsing for information on the brand, that’s when I discovered Esdemarca, I just couldn’t believe the prices, the shoes I tried on in a shop in Valencia cost €70, but here in the Esdemarca website was €43! (Helped by not adding the 21% Spanish VAT I guess) I was a bit sceptical at first and despite some bad reviews regarding issues with returns, I went on to order three pairs of shoes, two by XTI and one pair by Camper, because I already know the shoes fit me i wouldn’t have to deal with returning them. And only £5 delivery fee for three pairs of shoes from Spain to UK.

When ordering fashion from abroad, my simple advice is make sure you already know they fit (by trying them on in your own country if possible), otherwise don’t buy, especially when reviews show that returning items isn’t straight forward.

I’m very happy overall with Esdemarca and will definitely be using them again.

Russian roulette company

I placed an order, took my money and sent an email to advice item was on its way 4 days later advised me that there was an unexpected issue and I will no longer be receiving my item, and a refund is going to be completed I did get a refund thankfully as I was half expecting this to be a scam, I think this company have a lot to learn looking at previous reviews it’s hit and miss whether you receive good customer service or not, I won’t be using Esdemarca again. Not a great experience.

Scam - received different produt from the one I bought

(Pedido # 6902667)
I bought a backpack on the 26/09 and received a different one on the 3/10. They add time to check and inform me that the backpack was different, not accordingly to what I ordered, but they send it any away and kept the money for that long. After waiting 8 days for it, as soon as I received it, I had to return it - as they did a mistake and sent me the wrong product. The return of part of the value which I paid was only made on the 13/10. It is a scam to hold you money for more than 20 days on the clients’s expenses, as they have only returned part of the total value. I had to incur with the cost of mail, which is not fair, since the mistake was theirs all along. They did wrong since the beginning, as they had nothing to loose. Don’t buy from them, as they aren’t serious. I surely won’t.

It is absolutely terrible e-shop

It is absolutely terrible e-shop!
I returned 2 trenchocats (in time , condition same as I received ), in one week I suddenly received them back with no explanation, no info ! No contact line !
It is crazy ! They steal not only my money , took time, stress, but also airplanes to push items like ping -ping balls from one Eur part to another ! Avoid them,the worst e-experience ever !

Returns are not free!!!

I ordered some shoes that turned out to be quite big. I decided to return them and it turned out that they charge me 3.99 euros for transport and 5 euros for some voucher that I did not receive and used. They ended up refunding me 9 euros less. This is a scam when there are so many other online shops where returns are free. Never again from this site!

First and last order ever

First and last order ever! Briefly …
Item ordered.
Item reached courier’s main centre but courier mistakenly returned it immediately to Esdemarca.
Esdemarca can’t send another until they receive it back as no more in my size.
I requested refund. Ok but we have to receive item back first (despite it not being me who returned it!).
Esdemarca received item and gave me a refund LESS THE DELIVERY COST!
Waiting for a reply from them on this, meanwhile I have now found exact same branded item from another supplier for 20€ (yes really) less!

I bought a pair of trainer on…

I bought a pair of trainer on 25.09.2024 and shipped showed for the 27.09.2024 then it changed to 04.010.2024 I cancelled my order right away and since have been chasing for a refund an being told they have no idea when they will refund me as they are waiting for the trainer to be returned to then from the shipping company. Its been over 5 day and still no refund just the same excuses.

Be care they are not a good company

This website is a disgrace

This website is a disgrace. I ordered a pair of shoes over a month ago. I received a tracking number for fastway couriers. I have contacted the website and they said they have sent a complaint to Fastway and that they are still waiting for a reply. I contacted Fastway and they told me that they have never had a package with that number. I sent this email to this website and they did not acknowledge it and refuse to follow up or give me my money back. Stay away from these scammers.

Great price and fast delivery

Never used this site before but the product I was looking for was the cheapest on their website. Ordering was easy, delivery was sooner than expected, the item was perfect and as described. Highly recommend the website. I was unsure due to some bad reviews but glad I used them and will use again.

Ubsatisfactory Esdemarca Returns Procedure

I have received shoes that do not fit and I have followed the returns procedure on Esdemarca website. An invoice for returns was generated with a date 13/08/24 as collection date, but I have not received any instructions on when or who will collect the products.
I have purchased before and was satisfied but the Returns is most unsatisfactory.

Size 41 on box but sandals in box were size 36
Have returned them but now have to wait 15 days from when they receive them for my refund
Not satisfactory at all
