I ordered a Skechers shoes on 19 April 2024. They immediately took the money from my account. After that they didn’t send me confirmation mail with order number. I didn’t receive anything from them, neither mail with order number nor my shoes. My hard earned money gone in vain. I contacted customer service but they lingering the matter with order number. I had send them several times my bank payment proof as an attachment but they just do nothing. Till today I’m fighting for my money. They keep on asking me the order number. If I didn’t receive any order number then from where I can provide them.

I have just received a Columbia Jacket which arrived on the date they said it would. However, the jacket is fitted, and on me it wont zip at the bottom, so I need to send it back. The return is going to cost me €26 by their courier!! the jacket was €59. Surely a jacket weighing 0.5kg can be returned for less than that?

The shoe I bought was fine, but since the child has a large but narrow foot and the butt was not adjustable, the foot was moving freely. We wanted to return it. I couldn't get a refund through the website (it gave an error). Wrote a letter, in response received that the return without the box can not be done. I had new shoes + their bag and all the inserts. The only thing missing was an unbranded box. my usual box was not accepted for return. well, have a nice shopping experience to me at another store

I bought Retro basket sneakers at a price of €59.55. That is the lowest price I found on the search engine Idealo. The sneakers arrived two days later than the deadline indicated on the Esdemarca website, but I am very satisfied with the sneakers, the price and the delivery.

I wanted to order Tommy Hilfiger boots in the Netherlands, but they were sold out everywhere, even on Tommy's own website. Additionally, there were a few websites trying to sell them at inflated prices. Fortunately, I was able to order from Esdemarca. The entire ordering process went smoothly. However, when I decided to cancel my order because I found another source that could deliver faster, I contacted Esdemarca. To my surprise, they responded so quickly and so kindly. I highly recommend this place; they are very reliable. I am so satisfied that I took the time to leave this review.

The estimated delivery date is more than two weeks which tells me it's either unavailable or not in stock.
Based on the trustpilot reviews I have little confidence in the company unfortunately.

I'm having a terrible experience with your company and your customer service is very poor! I called to complain about the order number 6450431 done at 15of December 2023 and the expected delivery date is getting delayed every day! I want to have a compensation for this delay because nobody gave me a proper justification for the delay and it seems you accept orders to get the customer money when you don't have stock about the specific items.
I'm very disappointed with esdemarca services and my feedback will ett terrible regarding your image.

GLS doesn't they recognize the code that you sent, they ask for a bar code in a cube. Maybe I was in 10 GLS, they all return me, they don't accept it. I don't know where to turn anymore, the next thing is to my lawyer. I can't log in with my password and email, it says wrong email, I don't know, maybe you blocked me. Next, a lawsuit, if you don't answer me within 24 hours.

Totally disappointed. The delivery date was 6th October, but I didn't get my delivery. I asked customer service about the date and told that I go on holidays and can't get the delivery late than 9th October. Unfortunately, theit answer was unclear and useless. The package was not even sent to my country yet.
Update 11.10: number of the order 6279211.
The customer support is absolutely stupid. Sorry, I can't find other words. They are planning to deliver the parcel today or tomorrow, when I will not be in the country (I said them about it before and asked not to send the delivery when I am absent). And for the moment I return, the Hermes will send my delivery back 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
