Every part I have needed replacement parts has had and finding the correct parts is a thorough but easy process. So far I have ordered bushings for my router and a table insert for my band saw and both times I have had zero issues. I am very impressed with replacement parts and i recomend them to all my friends and family.

Brenda was so helpful..I was scared that
I had called the wrong number...but as it turned out she was more help than I expected and looks up the blade for a poulan riding mower that I needed..by the model # and read off the measurements and it was the very blade
I needed..I had already spent 2 weeks trying to find a source for this blade..and she said they had it in stock in less than 60 seconds...I was so excited 😊 I said I would dance at her next wedding...we both laughed 😅 and she said hope not...the price was somewhat higher than I expected but she said that the shipping cost would be credited back to my credit card...so I ok and purchased the blade...Brenda was basically the reason I did purchased the blade...thank you...Brenda
