Holes in polo shirt - no refund
Bought a Ralph Lauren polo shirt. Wore it once - found two holes in the back. Sent it back. Refused a refund. I understand the no wear no wash rule but they sold me a shirt with holes in it that they can’t resell. Disappointing. Will never use them again.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Our returns policy, stated in our Terms and Conditions, does not allow returns of items that have been worn and washed, as it is challenging to determine when any damage occurred.
For clarity, we do offer free returns and exchanges for faulty items if reported to our customer service team within 5 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for damage reported beyond this period, especially if the item has been worn.

Over and Above
It was totally down to one diligent and tenacious EQVVS individual, Jules.
I received an email from Jules today to ask me if I no longer wanted a product that had been returned by the courier.
Apparently the courier reported back that the package was refused. Jules had the foresight to check in with me. Transpires that we had a number missing from my Postcode, most likely my mistake!!
Jules then got straight back on the case, and left me with confidence that my purchase will be delivered a.s.a.p. To fit in with my holiday, for which I purchased said item.
I call it ‘over and above’ and excellent and considered customer service. And I hate to say it, something that has become a somewhat forgotten art form!

Awful service
Awful service. EQVVS Sent item by dpd who said they tried to deliver it but I wasn’t in when I absolutely was. I contacted EQVVS who just told me to collect it. The shop is over a mile away and im disabled. I’ll never order from them again. Avoid at all costs!!
